I thought we had a thread, but damned if I can find it.
What is everyone watching at the moment? Things have picked up a little bit over the last few months:
Big Bang Theory: I think this is my favourite show at the moment. I remember thinking it was pretty awful at the start, but I caught a few episodes of season 2 on TV recently and got sucked in. I'm working my way through from the beginning again (having acquired the episodes via legal means). Really good cast. Also, this is going to sound hilariously lame, but I find Kaley Cuoco almost impossibly sexy on this show.
30 Rock: they've finally started airing season 2 on UK TV. It's good for a few laughs.
The Simpsons: I've gotten back into it. The movie was very funny. If they said they were ending it tomorrow I wouldn't be sad, but again, it gets a few laughs an episode. Can't really ask for more than that.
Scrubs: find it hard to watch these days because of Zack Barf. It seems to be on a lot so I catch it every so often and try to stomach it.
Ugly Betty: has fallen off the face of the earth. Or at least the TV schedules. I can't even remember what happened in the last episode I saw. I thought she would be Stone Cold Stunnering everyone by now and/or running for president, but it doesn't look like they'll be going that route, which is disappointing. I can't even be bothered to acquire it via legal means.
Dollhouse: has gotten of to a patchy start. It's interesting / promising but it's probably going to be cancelled so I'm not going to get too attached.
Friday Night Smackdown: is good.
Monday Night Raw: if I'm bored.
I'm not a huge football (ie. soccer) fan, but if there's a match on and I'm home I'll put it on.
Also I'm a big baseball fan, so when the season starts again I'll have something to distract myself with.

Aside from Raw, Ecw, Smack, and Impact I only watch 3 other shows that are still running. I watch a lot of reruns of great comedies too. My favorite running shows right now are
Lost - because it's just so interesting and entertaining
Family Guy - I know it's an acquired taste but damn I love it
Two and a Half Men - here's the difference between this show and Family Guy. I can understand why some people find Family Guy annoying, but if you think Two and a Half Men sucks, you're on crack. This has seriously become possibly my favorite show ever
As for reruns
That 70s Show - that's the kind of sitcom where you won't appreciate it 100% until you get to know the characters like your own family. That's when you really truly get the humor that much more. The thing I love about this show is that even though the set took place in the 70s, the material was still timeless
Married with Children - Al Bundy is simply my hero
Fresh Prince of Bel Air - There are so many reruns of this show and I still can't seem to get bored with it
Seinfeld - I think the idea of this show was brilliant. It was about nothing and funny shit constantly happened over the most random things
More shows back from 30 - 40 years ago
Sandford and Son - that show is just fuckin funny!
All in the Family - No other show could have made politics so damn funny

Right now...
I watch RAW and SmackDown every week, and usually watch ECW unless I forget about it. And I watch all of the PPV's live.
I watch TNA now and again. Not so much recently. If they had bearable announcers then I'd watch more often.
I think I'm becoming addicted to Deal or no Deal. I can't help it. I hardly watched it at all until a couple of months ago, and now I think I'm hooked. It's so stupid, too. It's just pure luck. Yet I can't turn away. Maybe I'll just wait until maybe Doreen, Rich, Aby, Hannah and the Milky Bar Kid have had their games, then I'll quit.
I do watch Harry Hill's TV Burp. It's hilarious. I also like Come Dine With Me, although I usually end up hating at least one of the people on it. ... but... which is better?
I think that's about it right now.
I watch Lost but I'm waiting, maybe even until the very end of this current season before watching it again.
I also watch a show called Last Man Standing (Last One Standing in the U.S.). I think I've mentioned it before. 6 guys go to remote areas of the world to learn and compete with the natives at their sports. I got the DVD of the first season (2 so far) on amazon for about £4 recently. I recommend it.
I also got the complete West Wing series for about £40 on amazon. I never watched the show but I will start soon.
There are some things I will watch now and again, usually just if I happen to notice them. Things like the Simpsons (although when I do it's usually an episode that's been on a million times before), Mock the week, and some other stuff.

Right now I watch:
WWE PPVs live. Don't have cable in my flat and can't be bothered finding entire raw/smackdown/ecw online then waiting for them to buffer then watch them.
I only recently discovered Harry Hill's TV Burp and your right MS its hilarious! I never really got into his stuff before but this is great. Just sad that i missed lots of it already. Can't find anywhere to download old episodes it sucks!
Nip/Tuck - show about plastic surgeons. Its really good with crazy stories and boobs. Check it out if you can.
Lost - its getting a bit better this season anyway.
Battlestar Galactica - my sci-fi geek show. But it also has deep characters and decent plotlines.
I also enjoy Top Gear at the moment not because im into cars or anything just that its funny.
Total Wipeout on BBC1 is also a laugh if its on.
Thats about it at the moment.
Can't believe you watch deal or no deal MS, its totally rubbish. You'd be better off just taking your chances with the box you've got and not have to go through the pretentious BS that gets passed around for the next hour.

I know, that's basically what I was saying. It's pure luck, and you could really just zip through the game in 5 minutes. Like I said though, I don't know why, but I keep watching.
I've seen some of Total Wipeout. I really only like the first course they do with the big red balls. Sometimes get some good bellyflops with the sweeper, too.
I just have to say, I hate Scrubs. Hate it. Well, I've not really seen much of it. GLF tried to convince me to watch it years ago, so I watched a few episodes and I couldn't handle anymore. The main thing that annoyed me was the dialogue, it's as if the actors were robots pre-programmed to respond to any situation with a drawn out, contrived and ultimately unfunny joke. Fuck Scrubs. Fuck it.
Oh, I have seen the previous seasons of My name is Earl. It is really funny. But again, as with Lost, I'm probably just going to wait until the current season ends before watching it again.
Also, some things that you guys have mentioned, such as 30 Rock, Big Bang Theory, Two and a half men, Sandford and Son, Bullrun, etc. Never heard of them.

If you can ever catch repeats of Sanford and Son do it. Its hilarious. I think it aired in the 70s. I know its a guilty pleasure for myself and Champ. The characters are all great. If you accidentally catch the season that Red Foxx wasn't in, its not my fault you didn't enjoy it. Because no one enjoys that season.

Yet I can't turn away. Maybe I'll just wait until maybe Doreen, Rich, Aby, Hannah and the Milky Bar Kid have had their games, then I'll quit. Yeah, I know what you mean, I watched a bunch of episodes a few years ago. I also watch Mock The Week when it's on and if I remember. Mostly for the Scottish guy, he's very funny, Steve Punt is good, the rest can jump in a lake. Also Al Murray's Happy Hour is funny. Big Bang Theory sounds like the worst show ever (They're geeky! She's not!) but is well written and generally stays away from the typical geek cliches or expectations. I would recommend it. I think Channel 4 are repeating episodes on Tuesday night. I guess Scrubs is an acquired taste, and to be honest it fell off a cliff sometime around the 4th? 5th? series (or whenever it was that Dr Reed left to work for a new hospital). It's a show where you like the supporting cast and not the lead. You're not the first person to say this recently. I remember watching some episodes from the first couple series a long time ago, I thought it was okay, but nothing that really hooked me. Does it get funnier over time? I might have to check it out again sometime. And Family Guy can bite me. Watching that show is like the time I went unicycling with Cindi Lauper on David Schwimmer's rock garden. SEE, ANY ASSHOLE CAN DO IT!!! PUTTING RANDOM CULTURAL REFERENCES TOGETHER IN A NON-SEQUITUR CUTAWAY!!! IT'S NOT FUNNY!!! I always thought Becker was an under-rated show. It kinda died on me when the lady at the diner left abruptly for no reason.

Actually yes it does get better the more you watch it. It's another one of those shows that once you get to really know the characters you'll see just how brilliant the writing is. See my biggest problem with any show is I never get hooked in right away. It kind of has to be floating around my tv for a while before I start laughing more and more. I usually never like anything at first such as sitcoms or new bands

On Mock the Week I like the Scottish Guy and the English guy that he sits next to. The guy who does a lot of impressions. Dara O'whateverthefuckhescalled is annoying, so is the bald guy with the goatie beard who looks a bit like a giant big toe. Also, I hate it when they have that guy with the mousy Hitler hairdo on. The guy who was on that show called Peep show. He pisses me right off!
That reminds me, the English guy I like was on a program on BBC 3 called Outnumbered. It was an improvised family comedy, just really about everyday stuff, but the kids would just say and do pretty much whatever they felt like. It was quite funny.
There's plenty of older shows that I might like but just never really get around to watching. I'm the kind of guy that, if I miss the first thirty seconds of something, I'll often not bother watching because I've missed the start, even if nothings really happened. So I don't bother watching things that will be shown in random order and that will confuse any grasp on continuity.

I've never seen the guy you guys are talking about but the way you described him is the way I think of Jimmy Fallon. And fuck Seinfeld. The dude isn't funny. The only reason people watched that show were George and Kramer.
