Does anyone want to bet that Kaitlyn's secret admirer is going to be AJ? That was my first thought when they started with the whole thing. Although, Cody Rhodes seemed to have a thing for Kaitlyn before he and Sandow hooked up with the Bella twins before WrestleMania. Sandow didn't really cock-block Cody, but he seemed to cock-redirect him towards the Bellas. It was as though Cody was afraid to admit to Sandow that he likes someone like Kaitlyn. They seem to have totally dropped the angle but I was interested to see where it was going so they might have Cody as the secret admirer. I hope so anyway. I find A.J. really annoying now.

After having his tag partners, tag champs Kane and Daniel Bryan eliminated, an injured John Cena with one leg practically defeats The Shield all on his own in like two minutes... ![](http://www.classicville.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/rageface.png) blech. I really want Brock to destroy Triple H at the PPV. Triple H is really irritating in this feud. Did anyone else giggle when Mark Henry ordered Josh Matthews to "put the strap on!"? He did it too. Lol. I'm looking forward to the weeks after Extreme Rules where hopefully they can start afresh with a lot of guys and develop some new feuds. Nothing is really exciting me right now.

Naitch's thoughts for Raw 5/13
-Dance offs are always stupid. Always.
-Unlike MS, I didn't mind The Shield lost. It's not like he pinned them all, they just decided they didn't care if they lost and kicked the crap out of him.
-God, this show sucked, I'm glad it's over, I'll be back next week to see that episode.

That stuff with Triple H was pretty bad. Probably just the beginning of a long, horrible angle.
Looks like they planted the seeds of a Team Hell No breakup with Bryan talking about being the "weak link" again.
I suppose we witnessed a new chapter, of the beginning, of the evolution of the revolution, of the genesis of Axel. His reveal was a bit of a disappointment. The fact that he looks like Matt Morgan doesn't help.

So.....Curtis Axel. The name sounds like they are trying too hard to make him sound like a tough guy fresh out of prison, but at least it wasn't randomly thrown together and it has reasoning behind it. The name is catchy though, much better than mcgillicutty that's for damn sure.
I'm not even going to try to judge this Curtis axel angle yet because, from what I've seen of axel he's pretty solid in the ring but has never impressed me otherwise. However, Paul Heyman guys always seem to have something special and Paul Heyman is god damn amazing at getting talent over. He is probably the best mouthpiece any talent can ask for. So we will see. I'm going to sit back and just see what it has to offer.
It's almost starting to feel like kaitlyn should be heel. Does anyone else see that? She's kind of a sarcastic arrogant pregnant dog
I hope this triple H concussion angle is basically the end of active Triple H because it feels like the official load was shot Monday and if triple h comes back as a wrestler again he's going to really start to suck as the guy past his prime. In other words, trips is officially a fossil now
The opening ryback segment wasn't bad. Like I mentioned on the other thread, ryback isn't totally uninteresting and annoying to me anymore and THANK GOD they eliminated feed me more. He has a chip on his shoulder now and he's bitter. I guess the best way to put it is I like ryback better now that he's an actual human being. I just can't get behind the dumb shallow meathead face running through everyone with a dumb shallow meathead catchphrase.
Face miz sucks dick. I actually wouldn't be opposed to a double Barrett/miz turn. I actually think a wade/fandango feud could be a lot of fun
It's official, Titus needs to ditch Darren ASAP. His potential is just completely overshadowing Darren's. "he ain't fuckin tough!". I wonder if he got in trouble for that lol. But Titus almost seems like a wwe version of Terry Crews, and that's not a bad thing.
I know some people complain about sheamus but I think he's great. He's just an all around solid solid face and has a lot of great years ahead
I think it's time to shoot zack Ryder in the face and end his misery for good
It's official, big E is falling into that category of, "he's so bad it's actually entertaining" category
The shield is just red fucking hot right now. Kofi Kingston sucks balls and I still love hell no
Randy orton vs jack swagger. Just two boring ass guys and zeb coulter
Ok show, nothing special

Titus really does need to ditch Darren. I'm really surprised that hasn't happened yet. He carries Darren on his back every time they are out there.
I can't stand this Triple H angle already.
I still don't really care for Curtis Axel but he has done pretty well these first few weeks.
Kaitlyn as a heel? Yeah, I wouldn't mind that. What exactly is she supposed to be anyway? Seeing that Gail vs Taryn match in TNA at the weekend really made me realise how bad the WWE's Women's division is. There is no excuse for it. It seems they are just too lazy and apathetic to make the women interesting and engaging.
I am absolutely loving Daniel Bryan right now. I love Team Hell No but right now I want Daniel to go off the edge keep kicking people's heads in. I want every head kicked in too. Can you imagine if he won a world title and still felt inferior, going out week after week and kicking the hell out of guys and retaining his title, but still worrying about being inferior. I really hope he gets a big push.
Although I still find Cole annoying from time to time, the current commentary team of Cole, JBL and King is working well. King has been scoring with some good jokes in recent times.
The Cena - Ryback feud has been pretty good so far. I can see some sort of weird finish to the next title match too. Not sure if Cena actually will lose the title, I doubt it, but I definitely think a Ryback title win would be an OK route to go.

It's been, probably a month since I've been caught up on a Raw before the next one started, so here are my thoughts on people.
The Shield-If anyone has a weak link, it's The Shield, with Seth Rollins.
Ryback- Every time he shouts RYBACK RULES! I wonder if the O'Doyle family in Billy Madison went in Witness Protection.
Daniel Bryan- WWE needs to go back to the UK so I can properly hear a "YOU'RE GONNA GET YOUR FUCKING HEAD KICKED IN!" chant done by the people who do it right, for the guy who deserves it. From the few experiences I've heard Americans try it, we should probably leave that one alone.
Wyatt Family- Yes please.
Fandango- I guess he's better then the Miz.
Stephenie McMahon- What is with this twat calling wrestlers by there first names on TV? She called HHH Paul like 19 times. Shouldn't on TV his first name at least be Hunter? I remember her calling Undertaker Mark a lot during and right after the Invasion. No, pregnant dog, he is the Undertaker to you.
Curtis Axel- Are we supposed to forget this douche was the Season 2 winner of NXT, original member of the CM Nexus and jobber to everyone for the last 18 months? If so, this is the genesis of the genesis of Curtis Axel.

you know what's funny? I DID forget this douche won NXT season 2 lol. I knew he was in it but forgot he won.
With that said, forget about what I said 2 weeks ago about not judging Curtis Axel. I'm judging him now. He sucks. The guy is just fucking boring. He will never be his dad. The difference between Curt Hennig and his son is Curt had IT and he was a natural. Curtis Axel is just DH Smith with a Charlie Brown head
I too am just loving everything about Dan Bryan right now. I very much appreciated on Smackdown that Randy got booed for RKOing him too. Knowing WWE, they will find a way to make Dan the heel too.
I actually am really enjoying level headed Kane too. The guy is just the man. He can turn chickenshit into gold
Randy Orton sucks
Triple H sucks more

Although they do that on TNA a lot too.

LOL! Brilliant. His promo, if you can call it that, on RAW definitely brought back memories of his NXT promo. He's going to be the "next... inter... con-ti-nen-tal... champ-ee-on..." Yeah... whatever.
Yeah, I love Kane and even though Bryan is the star of the Team Hell No Show right now, Kane is making me appreciate him just as much. When he screamed at Bryan, "I do respect you! I've always respected you!" that really made me sit up. It was so believable and heartfelt the way he delivered it. I think I've said this before but I think Kane might be the best actor they have in WWE. Like Champ alluded to, whatever angle Kane is involved in, whether it requires comedy, drama, creepiness, or whatever, the guy always makes the best of it.

Mark Henry clowning with John Cena was solid gold.
It was kinda like how Bully Ray earned Hulk Hogan's trust and then screwed him over, except it took Mark 3 minutes instead of a year.

I actually have to say Raw was fucking awesome last night! Every segment felt new and fresh like it was the start of a new era. So.....how are they going to fuck it up?
So del rio is heel again, and still sucks.
Ziggler is face, probably long overdue
And punk is face again. That is one I'm not so sure about. But I'm definitely excited for the Brock lesnar/punk feud! I guess if you're going to turn one of them face, it may as well be punk. Lesnar is just way too intimidating to try and turn face, at least still for the time being.
But I do like how they are flipping shit up a bit. Next move is turn orton heel. He will still suck but at least he will probably have to put guys like punk and ziggler over, which is much needed right now.
Nice to see Christian back but I think they need to turn him heel too. He's just SO good at being the residential creep. All they really have for that role right now is brad Maddox, and I wouldn't even notice if he disappeared.
I'm thinking turn Barrett face. After last night, why stop there with the turns? Let him have a legit IC feud with Charlie Brown. It would probably be really funny listening to wade run him down with his thick accent and bull hammer him.
Ok, I think I'm officially off the kaitlyn bandwagon. She sucks. Hot, but sucks
AJ is getting annoying too, but I guess that's the point so I can let that slide.
Dan Bryan is on a role and Kane is as good as ever too.
I liked the sheamus/scholars ending too. Sheamus was kicking ass and got rolled up. That was another match done just right. Sheamus lost and still looked great
Jericho and slater was prob the biggest waste of the night, even though it wasn't too bad. It just paled in comparison to everything else.
I'm enjoying the shield more every week. Im so fucking sick of trips and the mcmahon family but I do appreciate that Vince supports the shield. It kind of gives them that go ahead to keep being assholes.
Ok NOW zeb is a legit heel! He spoke so much truth before I couldn't hate him. But now he's simply a hypocrite with a foreigner. See that's something I can get behind. Swagger just blows.
And now for the moment of the night,
If I never gave mark Henry credit for being a great talent, now is a better time than ever. That was BRILLIANT last night. Just fucking outstanding. When he came out I was thinking he was going to hit Cena with the WSS, but then he cried so much and could barely talk. then I thought, ok he's not going to attack cena. He can't possibly be crying this much and this genuinely if this is a work. Well, Mark just proved exactly why he's lasted so long in this business. That was just so good
Great raw if you ask me. But turn Barrett, orton, and Christian and shake it up even more. why not? they have been so goddamn stale lately. Just simply put the guys in roles that would probably be better for them for a while. But great effort last night. The writers were on their game

I actually have to say Raw was fucking awesome last night! Yeah, I really enjoyed RAW and Payback from the night before. Two really good shows. Yeah, I'm glad they finally aborted his failed face push. The match with Ziggler at Payback was brilliant. Dolph took a merciless beating and kept coming back for more until Del Rio sunk to sadistic lows to finally put him away. Ziggler is well overdue a face turn so I'm happy they are going for it. Even when you know it's coming, it's still great when the opening of Lesnar's theme goes off. It's like the sound a guitar would make out of fear if Brock turned and simply looked at it. It should be a decent feud. The matches will be pretty good, but the back and forth between Punk and Heyman will probably be the best thing about it. Yeah, things are definitely getting better. In fact, the only think that is bugging me right now is the annoying McMaHHHon angle. Stephanie in particular. What was the point in her coming out and looking down her nose at the Divas on RAW? I wish she would just go away again. I don't mind if Christian is face or heel. I'm just glad he's back. One of my favourites. They seem to be almost as indecisive with Barrett's character as they are with his theme. He just can't seem to get any solid or sustained push or angle to generate some momentum. A cocky face run with Regal as his advisor would be my suggestion. Heyman as a manager/advisor has been one of the most interesting characters in wrestling since coming back and I think Regal could have similar success. I'm just glad they have Cesaro doing something again. He's been one of my favourites since he came in but the last few months it's as if he has been getting clowned around. I was watching Main Event a couple of weeks back and they actually had the German flag in his entrance video, yet still introduced him as being from Switzerland. The Mark Henry bit was one of the best things I have ever seen. It was just perfect! Like almost everyone I thought he was going to come down and attack Cena, but his speech was so touching and emotional that it gradually lifted the pessimism away and by the end of it I felt quite sad, yet happy for Henry as he was saying goodbye. Then BLAM! The guy deserves a bloody Oscar. "You think it's that easy?!" Mark's trash talk is fantastic too. Also, Cena in his promo was banging on about how he will always be ready for anything, then 10 minutes later he literally walks right in to a WSS. LOL. Oh, I really hope Mark Henry does win the belt. Even if it's just for a month or two. After that one promo he deserves it.

The Henry thing was so great because he delivered a 100% legit shoot that had a worked swerve. When he started talking about being a veteran when cena came in 2002 and how great of a job he's done and cena looked all choked up, that's when it hit me that this was the real thing and he's probably really retiring. It was just so damn good when he hit the WSS! I was actually in shock....not tna shock but legitimately shocked

Like you guys have said, that Mark Henry retirement angle was the shit. That is going down in my Top 10 WWE moments list. Along with Austin 3:16 and Owen 3:16, Montreal Screw Job, DDP being reveled as the stalker, Nash tearing his quad walking across the ring, etc.
The Wyatt family fully has my attention, although I will miss those Coming Soon promos out of them.
Daniel Bryan is really being the man lately. Ever since he picked back up the ring work, he has once again moved into my #1 wrestler spot.
Punks chops are annoying.
Vince giving The Shield an attaboy was hilarious.
