Naitch's 2/4/13 thoughts:
The sleezier that Punk/Heyman/Shield/Maddox situation gets, the more I love it.
Ryback vs Ceasero for being a free TV match was awesome.
I'm digging new Jack Swagger.
ADR was a complete ruthless bastard, and I enjoyed everything he has been doing since he has realized he has to step it up a notch against the Big Show.
D Bry vs Mysterio was really good. Mark Henry just killing mother fuckers was awesome too.
D Bry vs Kane will probably be a good match at Wrestlemania, unfortunately, if they go, along with the Rhodes Scholars no longer being a team, that will be the end of the new tag division.
I loved Miz trying to be a man, just to get murdered for it.
Wade Barrett is very entertaining, but the Orton Curse struck again and made him boring for a week.
Jericho must be going through a mid life crisis with all of those new tats.
Jericho vs Punk was everything you could ask for in a free TV match plus some.
Apparently the Shield is so strong that it takes every face signed to WWE to just have a stalemate with them. Roman Reigns is a pretty brutal looking dude.
Hopefully The Shield will start wrestling matches soon. At least Seth Rollins, anyways.

It was good to see Mark Henry back splittin' wigs.
I can't get enough of Brad Maddox. He's the hero in my eyes. I'm glad The Shield got away unscathed at the end. I hope they win this 6-man tag match too. Keep them strong until WrestleMania where Ryback finally gets his revenge on them. Also, Sheamus manically running down the steps towards the ring was hilarious. He just loves to fight.
Brock beating up Miz was good. This is going to keep happening for a few weeks until *BRRRRRAAAAANNNGG*
I agree that Roman Reigns is a pretty brutal looking dude. I think he's the first guy for some time, maybe since Batista, when I've thought that this guy has "the look". I'm really enjoying The Shield and like all the members, but Reigns stands out in my eyes.

Naitch's Raw 2/18 thoughts (now in list form)
Naitch's Top 3 Stand Outs of the Week:
1. Rock-Finally got rid of the spin belt
2. Brad Maddox- Great promotion to Assistant (to the) Raw GM
3. Kane-For not putting up with Orton's snake bullshit
Naitch's Top 3 Matches of the Week.
1. ADR vs Ziggler- Just thought this was an awesome match over all.
2. Shield vs Faces- This was just awesome on everyones part. I really enjoyed how they kept Ryback from doing shit.
3. Bryan vs Swagger- I thought this one had a lot of potential and these two are really good together. Hopefully, when Swags gets his shit together, these two will have more matches together.
Top 3 Promos
1. Zeb Coulter-Fuck yeah, GREAT FRIENDS AND GREAT AMERICANS!
2. Damien Sandow- Show some respect faggots, it's Presidents Day.
3. Paul Heyman- He doesn't give a rats ass about Maddox or Vicki.
Top 3 Worst Things
1. Miz's Figure Four- It is pretty much the leg version of the FU. Gently wrap your leg around the other persons.
2. That's it, I really enjoyed this weeks ep.

I'm loving Brad Maddox as the Assistant General Manager.
Brock really must be an intimidating guy. Triple H hadn't even started fighting him yet and he had already pissed himself. He had piss running down his leg. He was scared PISSLESS!
Cena vs Punk was a really enjoyable match.
There seemed to be a lot more whoring than usual on RAW last week. Jerry Lawler sitting there stuffing his face with that tray of food kinda disgusted me. He sipped from both of the cups. What a greedy bastard.
Dolph's been under the radar recently. If that continues and he doesn't have a WrestleMania match, I'm convinced he will cash in on the winner of Del Rio v Swagger and superkick his way to the title.
Sheamus ripping on Wade Barrett was pretty funny. They might as well have those two feud if they aren't doing anything else for WrestleMania.
My fear of Big Show v Booker T at WrestleMania is also growing. Of all the matches I don't want to see, that one tops the list.
Oh, and the new WWE title... it sorta sucks.

Naitch's 3/4 Raw Thoughts
I loved this Raw for the most part. I even found humor in the stuff that didn't go well. I loved the retro set, music and graphics. I guess I'm just a sucker for my childhood.
When Taker first came out and then they went to the intro and came back it was weird to me that he was gone and that Punk was coming out. I guess they did there job in leaving me wanting more.
Ceasero vs Ryback was fun. In ring, given the right dude to work with, I don't mind Ryback.
Miz vs Ziggs was ok, just ok.
The Rock started off strong in his promo, then Cena came out and mopped the floor with him.
Real American Jack Swagger just needs to annihilate Lex Luger and The Patriot and I think at that point he will have taking out all of these Old Americans that just don't get Jack Swaggers America. WE THE PEOPLE!
FAAAAN DAAAAAN GO had such a good reaction from the crowd, that if this was a cartoon, we would have seen a tumbleweed rolling behind him.
I thought I would have loved Ambrose the best in The Shield, Roman Reigns is my nigga though. Scares the shit out of me.
New Age Outlaws vs Colons was fun, great seeing the Outlaws back in action for a minute.
That Fatal Four Way was a great main event and a great way to end the show. Loved it.

I'm loving reigns too. He isn't the best talker or actor but that fucking guy has IT. He's one of those guys that's going to be hard to fuck up. He's got the best presence I've seen since Batista in 03. The difference is reigns may actually be a bit more talented which is exciting

I liked the tributes to Paul Bearer on RAW. It was obviously going to be used to further the angle with Undertaker and Punk but they didn't go too far with it.
Brock Lesnar just coming out whenever the hell he felt like it to beat up the Outlaws was good.
Brad Maddox is hilarious. I can't get enough of him and his awkward promos.
I'm also really liking Fandango and his trolling. Why can't Jillian or Joshua just pronounce his name correctly so we can see him wrestle?
Ryback vs Mark Henry is shaping up nicely.
I'm enjoying Wade right now. It's like he really believes he's the best thing since sliced bread.
A week without Cena and Rock was nice.
The Bella Twins are back. I can see Cody maybe turning face and siding with Kaitlyn against Sandow and the twins.

Dolph ziggler vs kofi Kingston happened......again. Do you guys want to know the real shit kicker? I read the smackdown match lineup for this Friday and take a wild guess which match takes place.......fucking again! On what planet would anyone think we want to see dolph ziggler against kofi Kingston again, and twice in one week?
So the wwe champion just doesn't ever come to work. Must be nice to be the rock
I absolutely love everything CM punk is doing with the undertaker. It's such classic evil heel shit. It also makes you feel like wwe had foreseen Paul bearer dying. I mean seriously, did they not have another angle sketched out for this feud originally?
Yay Bella twins
Mark out for the week....Rufus pancake Patterson! He flattens fools! Lmao
I never thought I could enjoy Titus O'neill this much
Oh and I'm absolutely loving wade Barrett right now

Dolph ziggler vs kofi Kingston happened......again. Do you guys want to know the real shit kicker? I read the smackdown match lineup for this Friday and take a wild guess which match takes place.......fucking again! It really is weird timing for Paul Bearer to die and actually make Undertaker vs Punk more than just another match where the Undertaker beats some punk who wants to break his streak. Now it is personal. Pancake Patterson should show up more often. The crowd chanting "USA!" for Swagger was pretty funny. This angle is teetering with me right now. Why are we supposed to like Del Rio again? That bastard almost murdered Santa. Fandango's entrance was just the best. Instant classic. I really hope this goes somewhere because I'm loving it. I'd love it if he tore Jericho apart at WrestleMania. Leaves him in a puddle of his own blood and dances around his battered and broken body.

I found this weeks Raw a little tougher to sit through then others. Some of that might have to had to do with not watching Smackdown so I had no idea why Jericho was attacking Fandango.
The build up for Wrestlemania picked up a little this week, despite it feeling like this stuff should have been happening weeks ago. So, doing something a little different this week, I'm going to figure out if I'm psyched for Mania at all by looking at the build up for the matches so far.
Rock vs Cena- Cena is hyping this up for me. He is doing a great job. Rock is bringing me down a bit when he isn't talking about buying cars from hobos. 2.5 out of 5 Shits Given.
ADR vs Swagger- ADR turned to a bullshit hypocrite face tonight. He has always bothered me though. Swagger and Zeb are great, love them. 2.5 Shits Given. Would be more, it just seems so obvious ADR is getting the win, killing some of the hype.
Taker vs Punk. Taker is the all star of Mania when he gets an all star opponent in the ring. Punk is a good wrestler, he just isn't HHH or HBK good. I can't get excited for this match for that reason. This won't be in Takers top 5 best Mania matches, it won't be in the bottom 5 either, it will just be somewhere in the middle of the pack. 1 Shit Given.
HHH vs Brock Lesnar- Without Paul Heyman and Brock taking a ring post to the side of the head wrong, no one would give a damn about this match. 1 Shit Given.
The Shield vs Orton/Fella/Show: I actually really like this match a lot. There are some interesting combinations that can end up in the ring. Reigns and Show, Ambrose and Orton, Rollins and Orton. This is the best built up match in my opinion, keeping The Shield a bit of a mystery and the other team having to work to come together. I'm enjoying this one. 5 Shits Given.
Team Hell No vs Team Biggler- The build up really sucks and I don't give a shit about this match. 0 Shits Given.
Jericho vs Fandango- They are feuding because Jericho said something partially retarded and Fandango jumped him on Smackdown. Keep this shit for Over The Limit or something. 0 Shits Given.

Rock vs Cena- Cena is hyping this up for me. He is doing a great job. Rock is bringing me down a bit when he isn't talking about buying cars from hobos. 2.5 out of 5 Shits Given. I actually thought Rock was pretty good during the Q&A session this week, but yeah, Cena did an amazing job yet again. It actually reminded me a lot of the CM Punk / Cena contract signing from two years ago, where Cena essentially played a heel to Punk, pointing out that Punk needed to win the big one (while Cena would go on to headline Wrestlemania no matter what). Now the roles are reversed, and Cena is the one needing to win the big one (while Rock will still be a legend and have his movies and so on), and... he's playing a heel again. That is amazing. And he was pretty much aceing it again. I mean, I'm not saying he is going to turn heel at Wrestlemania - in fact I think it's unlikely - but it's great that they're laying a lot of conflict within the Cena character, and giving him a lot more depth. I'm a lot more interested in seeing the match now (maybe 4 out of 5 Shits Given). Although not enough to pay for it. Yet. It really does blow my mind that it's 2013 and John Cena is one of the most interesting characters in WWE.

I am looking forward to WrestleMania.
The matches I'm looking forward to most are as follows. Undertaker v Punk. Undertaker's WrestleMania match is the match I am most interested in every year and I think they can deliver another good one this year. Ryback v Mark Henry. Henry is a really good heel and Ryback still has lots of momentum. plus, the two of them seem to have gelled well together in the limited interactions they have had. Jericho v Fandango. Jericho can get a good match out of almost anybody. And I am absolutely loving Fandango. Plus, I don't think he is just getting a novelty push. I think, and hope, they are going to stick with Fandango as a legit wrestler after WrestleMania. The Shield v Sheamus, Orton and Show. The Shield have brought back a feeling of unpredictability to the shows for me. Something that has been, for the most part, lacking for me for years. The fact that they keep winning and bettering the established guys has been great for them.
I think most of the other matches should be OK. In three of the four matches I mentioned though, I think it's telling that a newish wrestler, or wrestlers, are featured in them. 3-hours for RAW. Monthly PPVs. Countless meaningless and repeat matches. I feel all the overexposure is really hurting WWE when it comes to actually caring about seeing most of their matches. At least there is intrigue with the likes of Fandango and The Shield.

Fandango dancing over the body of Jericho was epic. Its one of those things that just works. I mean he finds some girl in this city that can dance and says hey just follow my lead. He takes out Jericho and she just dances with him like its normal everyday behavior.
