You just know they're going to can Eric Young and ODB. Every time TNA is on to something gold, they just drop it, unless it has something to do with Bischoff starting another tree house club

Yeah, every time TNA find gold they turn back and go looking for oil instead. Still, I'm hopeful Eric and ODB can make this work.
Here are my 3 TNA predictions for 2012.
1. TNA will continue to be stupid.

I could even see this leading to a wrestling wedding, at which point Eric magically un-retards himself.

I really enjoyed Impact this week. There were some nice matches and all the backstage stuff was fun.
The knockouts were good again, even though the swimming pool skit was a bit goofy. Loved the finish to their match, too. Made Gail look like a badass.
Magnus: "why don't you two just kiss and get it over with already". LOL. I guess they're aware of it too.
They REALLY need to find a better commentator than Tenay though. He sounds so damn uninterested in everything.

Eric Young trying to lock up with Gail while looking for ODB and putting Madison in the locker was my favorite moment of the night. I guess they're actually not dropping ODB and Eric just yet! Still not getting my hopes up
Storm and Roode are actually both standing on their own. Usually when a team splits, one guy takes off and the other fades out. I like heel Roode and face Storm. I think Roode needs to lose the belt and take a step back and let this new character really develop into something big. It's got potential now
I decided I just don't like Abyss. There's nothing wrong with him. He just does absolutely nothing for me
Stupidest segment of the night - Kaz turns on AJ. Really? TNA is still stupid

Eric Young trying to lock up with Gail while looking for ODB and putting Madison in the locker was my favorite moment of the night. It's funny, Gail wanted nothing to do with him, while the backstage photographer humoured him. And a few weeks ago Sarita countered it into a go-behind. There was a segment earlier on the show where Kazarian unhappily left his changing room... and a few moments later Daniels emerged grinning like a cartoon supervillain. But yeah, that was still a bit odd. I've got to point out that a couple of months ago, Kazarian approached Daniels backstage and was all "hey, I'm not arguing with your crazy ass, let's hang out" when he was still trying to keep Fourtune together. So it looks like they've had this idea brewing for a while. Perhaps they waited until AJ was done with Roode before going forward with it.

Magnus: "why don't you two just kiss and get it over with already". LOL. I guess they're aware of it too. That was the best part of the whole show. Got a good laugh out of me too. Although it would have been funnier if it was Samoa Joe and Naitch squaring up to them as Naitch would have asked Crimson "Why don't you just plunge in balls deep on him already?". This being TNA, when they put AJ and Kazarian together as a team in this thing, I expected Kazarian to heel on him. Two friends together in a tag tournament against other teams of individuals who can't stand each other. Of course it was going to be the friends who fell out. It makes nonsense.

Yeah it actually makes perfect TNA sense. I should've seen that coming 7 miles away

There was a lot of partners turning on each other in that tournament, now you mention it. Shannon turned on Anarqqia. RVD turned on Daniels. Abyss turned on Steiner. And Kazarian turned on AJ. There were only 7 matches in the tournament and yet 4 of them had partners turning on each other. sigh.

For the first time in a REALLLLLY long time, a heel turn is actually making sense. Kaz didn't just turn on AJ. Daniels is basically holding Kaz hostage over something and forcing him to do what he says. See, that's way better than what I thought it was going to be! Great job TNA! How are you going to fuck it up now?

Holy shit the ending of Hardy vs Roode was dumb. They followed up a decent show with really no ending at all. All of the sudden just 3 wrestlers and a ref just laying around and some music (which at first I thought must have been Garrett Bischoffs) and just end it. Lame.

Yeah, I agree with you Naitch, that was a strange damp-squib ending to a good show.
Sting is so fucking awesome. I'm loving this "Sting comes out to announce the exact opposite of what the Heel just said" routine they've got going. I mean I was lol-ing when his music hit after Angle said there was no chance of Storm getting a rematch. Sure makes Teddy Long look like shit. This also feels like the first time since I've started watching this promotion (over 2 years now... sigh) that heels are actually getting comeuppance on a regular basis. Sting had to fight long and hard and jump through hoops to win what we wanted: to see Madison Rayne get put in her place.
Brokeback Mountains getting car insurance made me lol. Did they say something about going clubbing? Perhaps we're supposed to be getting that vibe from them.
I also loved that Bully Ray is such a diabolical heel that he boasts about his twitter account. FINALLY someone gets it. It was funny, too.
Winter and Angelina returned from whatever place it is that Anderson is currently staying (and apparently Sarita has gone to. Grrrr). One of us needs to think of a funny name for that place.
Did they really draw attention to the fact that one of their wrestlers has to have a second job at Hooters?
have I mentioned recently that TNA is stupid? Because TNA is stupid.

Looks like that can go on the 2012 "have I mentioned recently" thread next December
It was so bad, it was actually painfully entertaining in a very strange way lol.
And yes, I almost cried at the end when they talked about hitting "the clubs". They must have been referring to chip and dales
Bully's awesome as a singles heel. Just when you think he's a flat out dick that only likes to scare and hurt people, he comes out with something that totally displays his insecurities. Brilliant
I just had to add that Winter is turning me on more and more every week
Looks like we can ADD that to the 2012 "have I mentioned recently" thread next December
