I would give this week's episode a B+
See, that was a good use of the Diva Finish in the X-Division match.
Bully Ray could copy-and-paste this gimmick into WWE and be like the #3 Heel in that company too.
Does anyone find it strange that Angelina Love is now a complete afterthought? Sarita's back from the island (with some ugly-ass ring gear, but oh well)! Hooray! Did Mr Anderson miss the boat trip back? He has to be injured, right? Right?
Madison being THAT fucking sneaky and THAT fucking smart was awesomeness. Watch the beginning again - they come out to Madison's music, and Madison takes Kristy's microphone away before she can announce Madison as a participant. That's some great writing right there. Battle Royales that aren't the Royal Rumble usually suck (and this one had Sarita basically throwing herself over the top rope to elimination), but that ending made up for it.
Why do they censor "ass" and not "pissed off"? Here in Blighty it would be the other way round.
Roode laying out Sting made sense. He has been a pain the ass for months now. I like Roode's act. He reminds me of early Triple H minus the long-winded promos. The only problem I can see is that the character needs the title to be effective, and wrestling precedent would suggest that Storm will beat him at Lockdown. Although, wrestling precedent would also suggest that Roode would beat Angle at Bound For Glory.

I also loved Madison's sneakiness to win that match. Totally didn't see it coming.
Roode is a little bit like prime Triple H. I thought it was hilarious when he kicked Sting in the nuts. Sting had it coming. I expect Roode to retain again at the PPV and to lose it to Jeff in a couple of months.
Eric Young's 'O.D.E. to O.D.B.' was brilliant. And he got some of that BAAAAM! I just hope he had been out getting rubbers again recently.
Still funny after all these years, lol.

Yeah, Tenay described Crimson as "the undefeated one". He also blahed something about how Football Guy's appearance garnered TNA "mainstream attention". So very sad.
I enjoyed the KO match. I just assumed that Madison showing up was going to cause Gail to lose to the Diva Finish, but instead she won anyway, which I liked. I'm all for strong champions.
I was thinking it would be funny if after a couple months of training, Hogan realises that Bischoff Jr is, in fact, shit. And dumps him. Into a garbage truck.

I hate it when they bring in guys like Football Guy. Same shit every time. Remember when they had that Pac-Man guy? They are all bad but damn, he was completely unbearable.
It was a bit of a bleh show this week.

I think TNA is already improving with Russo gone. We got Joe/Magnus curiously popular, next week is EY and ODB doing something.. and a certain someone returns triumphantly.

and a certain someone returns triumphantly. I've not read the spoilers but I'm gonna guess... Abyss. James Mitchell did some hocus-pocus to revive his mortal spirit after Bully Ray murdered him. Or maybe it's just Mr Anderson. Or Lioncock Chris Bosh. I thought this week's show was decent. I especially liked the backstage interaction with Roode and Aries. "You got five minutes?" "I'll give ya ten!" That made me laugh. Also, Bully Ray chatting up his girlfriend had me giggling too. He starts off with something like, "You get worse looking every time I see you!" and finishes with "Call me." Lol. Also, "Let the calves loose!" Bobby Roode has weird ears. Reading between the lines it seems Sorenson should be OK, considering they are already planting the seeds of a storyline out of his injury. Zema Ion is pretty funny. His theme amuses me as much as he does. *beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep* The stuff with Angle and Jeff to start the show was horrible. The main event was OK, nice to see new faces in the top matches.

See, I thought Kurt Angle's cue cards were pretty funny. They should have gone to a break and come back and he'd still be going through them. On the other hand, Tenay awkwardly blahing about TMZ, Madonna and Lindsay Lohan was the worst.
I was just thinking the other week about Abyss being outcast to The Island (with Anderson), and now they're making an angle out of it. So yeah, he's coming back next week, isn't he. (haven't seen any spoilers either).
Angelina is in a tag team with Winter. Sarita is in a tag team with Rosita. Last time we saw Velvet and Mickie together, Mickie was being a dick to her. So of course this week we get Sarita and Angelina vs Velvet and Mickie. Stupid company. Match was pretty good when Velvet wasn't involved though. Also: Sarita, hot, etc etc.
And Jesus, Velvet is a whiny, whiny pregnant dog. Being outsmarted isn't being screwed. Also she throws the worst forearms in wrestling. Also, LOL at what the fuck Mickie was wearing backstage. Seriously, Garett Bischoff is better than Velvet.
Another gem from Taz this week: "there's a strange dichotomy between these three." Have I mentioned recently that Impact is stupid? Because Impact is stupid. Also, don't use fancy words that you don't understand.
See, now I want to see Aries vs Sting. It was pretty funny that Sting gave Aries what he wanted though. Even if it was a Teddy Long Special.
Bully Ray is stealing Anderson's bit the last couple weeks. So he must be returning from The Island soon.
I'd give this week's episode a B+. Actually, it had extended Sarita, so I'll bump it up to an A-.

Tenay awkwardly blahing about TMZ, Madonna and Lindsay Lohan was the worst. Yeah, I was expecting him to get to a point about that, or to have it lead to some sort of shill. It was stupid. You'll never hear Champ or V call Taz a smart man. I did also like that they have expanded a little with the AJ, Daniels and Kazarian storyline. I expect the reasons for Kazarian's behaviour to be stupid, but we'll deal with that when we get there.

I've only seen one Impact in the last month. I've been on one of those downfalls of interest in TNA lately.
Here's actually quite some interesting news I just read....
Austin Aries is set to break Daniels record of longest reigning X-division champion of all times at a whopping........get ready...........182 days! lol. I think Aries will officially have 183 Monday. So that means TNA has never had a consistent X division champion for longer than 6 months

Austin Aries is set to break Daniels record of longest reigning X-division champion of all times at a whopping........get ready...........182 days! lol. I think Aries will officially have 183 Monday. So that means TNA has never had a consistent X division champion for longer than 6 months Funnily enough, the X-Division is the ONE title where shorter title reigns make more sense, given that they're supposed to be risk-takers. Reason #23 why Garett Bischoff sucks: he has stupid sideburns. That main event was so fucking stupid. You had one of the biggest names in wrestling get his ass kicked, then tag in a Bischoff, who schooled two other men (including a former Olympic Champion) like he was John fucking Cena or something. Unbelievable. Gail's selling of the ariplane spin was funny stuff. The KO tag team championship are TNA's clown car titles anyway, so I can't really get vexed about a dude holding them. Or, to put it another way, at least they don't do this shit with the KO Title or the men's tag titles any more. Who's going to wear the pants in that relationship? Well, not Eric because he keeps taking them off. Austin Aries criticising Sting for "wasting his money match up" on free TV was funny. Pointing out the stupidity of the plot doesn't make it less stupid though. So Ion's not getting his shot at the PPV.? Is Morrison's 90 days up yet? ominous music playsStorm superkicked Roode, in the ring, right in front of Hebner, and he didn't call a DQ. Instead the match just ended and Storm's music played. Stupid fucking company. Kazarian is doing the Angelina Love heel turn. I thought he was supposed to be Daniels' reluctant lackey because of a big secret he was holding over him? And now he comes out and is just basically a heel now? That carbon footprint obviously took a lot of effort by Morgan, and Crimson - realising he was the fresher man - tagged himself in, knowing he would get to Robbie E quicker and exert more leverage on the pin (it did look like Robbie was about to kick out), thus ensuring the win for his team. And Morgan has the temerity to get pissy with Crimson? What an asshole. Morgan sucks. I'd give this week's episode a C. The stupid really knocked it down a few pegs for me, and there was no Sarita's ass to compensate. edit: lol

There has obviously been lots of ridiculous things that have happened in TNA over the years, but this rubbish with Bischoff's son is so bad and might be the one thing above anything else that has bugged me the most. Then again, he is the "future of the business" so I guess we better just get used to it.
That was a funny match. I'm enjoying the tension with Gail and Madison and Eric and ODB are always funny.
I'm still not convinced Morrison will show up in TNA. Aries telling the truth and messing with the management is good for now but I hope it actually does lead to him moving up the card.
Yeah, what the hell... *sigh* And Mr Anderson is back because... uh.
He sure does.
What about Abyss' brother? I have my suspicions. I think that guy might actually be his twin brother. I did get a laugh at the cheesiness of it.

I will be watching Impact tomorrow for one reason only........ ![](http://i.imgur.com/B4YKr.jpg) Mr Joseph Park Esquire!!! I don't know why, I'm so marking out for this! According to Wiki it is infact, Abyss, playing Joseph Park. But that would be an awesome twist if he really had a twin and wiki was wrong

Yeah, I think it is Abyss too.
It is one of those angles that is wacky, but should be good if they don't mess it up completely. I've not seen this week's show yet, so I'm probably saying all this and they likely have ruined it as I speak, lol.
