I quite like Bobby Roode's new orchestral theme. Still, I will miss his previous one. It was one of those themes where you could make up different words for it. *Dum Dum* "Ah'm Bobby Roode, Gonna go read a book."
Sting kinda looked like a gay French hamburgler this week.
I agree that Bully Ray is great. I'd like to see him get a run as their heel champion at some point later in the year.
That bit with Butch and Bytch was terrible. There was a disclaimer on the bottom of the screen pointing out that it was a paid endorsement. I would say something like, "were we supposed to think that was part of a wrestling angle?", but this is TNA so I'm waiving my opportunity to react to it with a smartass comment. Nice to see their TV champion on TV for a change. The match was predictable but I did enjoy seeing Magnus and Joe destroying them. I think they should go with Magnus and Joe as the faces in this feud. No-one likes gay giants.
I'm still loving this stuff with ODB and Eric Young.
Storm vs Angle was an OK match.
I also found it funny they would point out that their former knockout tag team champion also had to work at a Hooters to make ends meet.
The Hardy vs Roode match was good until the end then, as has been mentioned, it nosedived into the toilet of dumbness. Every time a ref gets taken out in a match, another one runs in to take over. Why did that not happen here? Sting was on hand to remedy everything else on the show, but he couldn't be bothered coming out and providing a quick and simple fix to the main event world title match. Bah.
They are picking up the Bischoff vs Bischoff feud again... uuuuuuuuuuurrrrrhhhhhhh
So Kazarian is being blackmailed by Daniels. Yeah, this is far better than the usual "just because" reasoning behind heel turns. It'll be interesting to see what Daniels has over him. AJ hitting Daniels with the mic was funny.

I don't know why I'm laughing so much at that, but I am. One of the many reasons Matt Morgan sucks is that he's trying a cinéma vérité style of talking in these bits. In other words, he's trying to sound like he's in a casual conversation, but as a result it sound ridiculously phoney and terrible. I just don't think that kind of thing works in wrestling, and most wrestlers articulate themselves in a precise manner (even someone crazy like Steiner, or down-to-earth like Dan Bryan).

Matt Morgan really does suck. He just sucks. He made it sound like he was popping in to that place for a visit to just say "Hi". His promos have annoyed me for some time now.
And I get what TNA are trying to do with their finish on last week's show. There wasn't a decision, so can Roode be disqualified? Will Hardy be awarded the title? How will this be resolved? Tune in next week to find out. But anyone watching that will be thinking, "What the fuck?! That was stupid. Idiots..." and they might not even think about watching the show next week because if it's anything like the one they just watched then they won't want to see it. They have to balance out all these shocks, swerves and surprises with some stuff that actually makes sense.

TNA's shocks, swerves and surprises are expected. That's why they're not shocks, swerves or surprises anymore. It's just nonsensical bullshit. At least when WWE suprises you, it was an actual surprise. They deliver shit like that just when you got totally used to things being redundant

Roode taking advantage of TNA stupidity amused me this week. It would be funny if he (or someone) made that his gimmick a la Edge.
Crimson won with one move again. Gay. Angelina vs EY was one move as well. Also gay.
The cage match was great, though. I also liked that the Face women celebrated with Mickie backstage after the match, that was a nice touch. Of course, this being wrestling they later announced Mickie vs Tara vs Velvet for next week. lol. They seem to be featuring the women more and cutting back on all the "pregnant doges" and "whores" lately.
The back-up referees and Sting remembered to stay around until the end of the show this week.

The referees were getting their asses kicked on Impact this week. Maybe they will have a walk-out next week which will contribute to Sting losing his power. I was just about to ask "Where is Alex Shelley?" again. Only this time in a slightly more agitated tone. Good to see him back. Shelley vs Aries feud? Sign me up! I have to say, I found that Garrett Bischoff hype video quite sickening. I mean... what?! He armdrags Gunner into oblivion for a couple of weeks, then finally gets nabbed and has his skull crushed for being an annoyance. So now he is coming back, and is getting hype videos as if he is the fucking Undertaker. His promo from the previous week was so awful and contrived. And he has a pervy smile. Grrrr. On a brighter note. I fucking love Eric Young. And I fucking love ODB. And I fucking love that Eric Young and ODB love each other. Threesome! BAAAAAAAM! ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) I really wanted Magnus to Stomp Crimson out. I can't stand Crimson and Morgan. Joe and Magnus' finisher is really good. The first time they did it on A.J. a few weeks back at the PPV I was mighty impressed. They wreck the opponent with four moves in about four seconds and finish it off with a classic flying elbow. It's awesome. Mickie vs Madison was a good match. Nevermind that shit though, did anyone else think that Madison's boobs look extraordinarily massive this week? Bobby Roode is a really good heel. I'm really enjoying his run. I thought it was a pretty good show this week.

I'm starting to totally lose interest in TNA again. I'm noticing a pattern where I'm not making it through the entire show for the last month or two. And if I do get through the show, I usually fast forward the shit out of it. The best part of TNA for me right now is Eric Young and ODB. That shouldn't be. Even though it's a great angle, they should have bigger things happening that are at least as entertaining
I agree with that like 50%. I think Roode is a good heel but just as much as I feel he's a totally generic heel. You know, selfish guy in a suit who's "better" than everyone. Roode may be doing a better job than I'm recognizing but I may already be smiting him for basically doing what Jericho and Miz did already in the last 18 months
I feel like there will be a day that I'll really like Crimson. He's got something about him that's just not ticking at the moment. But I don't think I'll ever like Morgan now. There was a time I thought he could do great things but I have to agree with you guys 100% now, his promos have the most annoying deliveries EVER. It's like he's trying to show us how articulate he is and he just comes off like a random damn stupid school teacher trying to cut a ring promo. Now he's doing plugs on the street while talking about hitting night clubs. Now he just needs to die
Garrett Bischoff getting this push is such a perfect example of "it's not what you are and what you know, it's who you are and who you know". If he wasn't Bischoff's kid he would be nobody right now. Plain and simple. I can't even go in any more depth than that

I missed last weeks show due to other commitments and needs for DVR space and realized that I actually didn't feel like I missed it.

Roode's character isn't anything new but I like the way that he is executing it.
As for TNA as a whole, I am enjoying it at the moment. I find that with TNA and wrestling in general, if I can't be bothered watching it in the first place then, even if it is a good show, I probably won't appreciate it or enjoy it as much as I should. So if I am busy with other stuff, feeling tired or just uninterested for whatever reason, the show won't stand much of a chance. These phases come and go with me and maybe you guys are just going through one at the minute.

I'm kind of going through a phase where wrestling is pissing me off in general lately. I feel like Raw was totally on to something and it just got gay again. Smackdown is just eh and TNA is boring. Maybe it is just me

I've gotta feeling, with TNA booking, Eric Bischoff is training Garrett Bischoff and that's the swerve in this angle.

Oh god that could happen too!
I think the obvious choice is Hogan but that's almost not enough TNA stupidity for it to be him

I've gotta feeling, with TNA booking, Eric Bischoff is training Garrett Bischoff and that's the swerve in this angle. That is so stupid on a number of levels that... yeah. sigh. Taz: "No fancy outfits for Mickie James, she's all about dungarees. Or as the kids call it, blue jeans. Or denim, I guess." You'll never hear Champ call Taz a smart man. If you're not allowed to have the men wrestle the women then don't book intergender tag matches. I did get a Jericho vibe from EY's endless stalling though. EY outsmarting Angelina's nutshot was pretty funny too. Only in TNA would Winter be hot. Thank you, thank you, I'm here all week. Shelley vs Ion was a good match. It occurred to me during the tag team recap that Sting did jack shit about Joe beating up a ref last week. You'd think with only 2 hours of TV every week for a large roster of wrestlers, that they'd build a thriving tag team division. But here we are. Also, Joe jobbing to a fucking clothesline made me lol. When is Sarita getting back from the island?

Did anyone catch after the failed nutshot on EY, while he was sniffing his jock, that he said "I think I have a yeast infection?"
