This is the main news story in the UK at the moment, and when I read/saw it I immediately thought of Eric Bischoff news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/7991307.stmBritain's most senior counter-terrorism officer has resigned after making a security blunder which caused an anti-terror operation to be brought forward. Assistant Commissioner Bob Quick was photographed revealing the contents of a secret document when he arrived for a Downing Street briefing on Wednesday: ![](http://img18.imageshack.us/img18/7618/kapquick.jpg) The memo, marked "secret", carried an outline briefing on an ongoing counter-terror operation. It contained the names of several senior officers, locations and details about the nature of the overseas threat. Mr Quick said his action could have "compromised" a major police operation.

It wasn't completely Bischoffed. If it was, the terrorists would have officially attacked as a result and killed everyone around him ![](http://www.anvil-art.co.uk/media_pics/anvil5a.jpg) ![](http://www.paulwein.com/pictures/Wrestlemania/Eric_Bischoff.jpg) Never will and anvil fall on my head. Never ever ever!

I was going to put an anvil dropping above him but the picture wasn't really big enough.

Seriously we should start our own Eric Bischoff cartoon show. Even if you're not a wrestling fan it would still have to catch on. I don't think Vince or any of the officials realized just how brilliant WWE Bischoff was booked.

Act with Sensitivity? Does this guy even know what they're dealing with?
In that case,
I demand that people stop speeding on the road!

Act with Sensitivity? Does this guy even know what they're dealing with? In that case, I demand that people stop speeding on the road! I suppose this isn't really an example of "bischoffed" in the technical sense of the word. Anyone can ask someone to do something and that person then doesn't do it. The extent to which Gadaffi didn't do it is Bischoffian in scope though. Whereas if Gordon Brown had gone on TV and said that the guy would definitely (I guarantee it!) get a low-key reception and Libya would act with sensitivity, then that would have been a truer example of bischoffing. I put way too much thought into this post.

The whole thing wasn't handled very well.
I don't know if you are a cricket fan V, but I thought England might have bischoffed away the ashes to CenAustralia today (then again tomorrow). If Ponting had not have been run out then I think it could have been on.

I'm not much of a cricket fan, but I am of the English national football team. I mention it because they rebounded from the reign of Steve McBischoff to win 8 out of 8 group matches, including thrashing Croatia 5-1 last night, to qualify for the World Cup with 2 matches spare.

Obama Bischoffed(or should I say pre-Bischoffed) his speech last night. He stated all these beliefs and guarantees and chances are none of them will work out. He never gave us any info on how he's going to increase the jobs and healthcare. He just kept saying. I believe we can do this. That sounds kind of pre Bischoffed

They did well. Scotland did the usual. Screw up in previous games and go into the last match against one of the best teams in the world needing to win... only to lose the game late on. Even with probably the best manager in the world, I still think you guys will fall short next year. Even though Capello has put some belief in the England team, I still think they'll bottle it in one of the games where it really matter. Semi-Final at the most, I suspect.
