Kane's a jobber? He came to Raw with a new angle, got put in a fatal 4 that had nothing to do with him, got pinned by Batista, then continues to go crazy and then gets put in a tag match with JBL vs. Cena and Batista and Kane got pinned again..............oh nevermind

Kanes not a jobber. Hes Vince's dream guy. Willing to lay down in the main events and make everyone look good. I think hes just one humble dude.

When you put Kayfabe aside, Kane really is the most unselfish humble man on the roster

Benoit was like that, too. At least Kane, when it gets too much for him, takes out his frustrations in character by beating cameramen and Jamie Noble and not his family.

The thing that's amazing about Kane is no matter how much he jobs he can always be a main eventer and reinvent his gimmick

Yeah, all it takes is a beating, a chokeslam and a pyro.

Did anyone else find ECW quite enjoyable this week?
The Chavo and Some Guy Vs Little Herb and Muff-head match was pretty good.
Then Knox's promo was good. Finlay came out and sounded like a drunk tough Irishman. He even called Mike Knox, Fred. That's how drunk he was.
Braden Walker Vs That guy that jobs when someone needs a win was funny because it was so bad.
The Dirt Sheet was funny and I hope it gets more time on TV.
Also, I though Matt Striker was really good on commentary. I hope it stays as it is with him and Rod Misham.

Striker was awesome on commentary. The only downside is Finlay stole the show. Then again I'm biased and love Finlay.

This week's Smackdown:
Things I liked:
- JR noting that Maria's skiing outfit was a winter sport, thus not at the summer olympics
- Victoria's "gymnastic" entrance
- Kozlov sizing up Festus
- Khali cheating at arm wrestling and crushing some jobber
- Vickie Guerrero - she's so good she might start getting Adamle heat
- Edge mocking Undertaker's supernatural powers
- Chavo delivering his dialogue without laughing
Things I provisionally liked:
- Natalya making Maria tap in 1 second. Because Victoria lost to Maria last week. It's gotta be a professional rivalry angle, right? To set up Victoria vs Natalya?
Things I didn't like:
- Nothing! Good job, Freddie!
Oh wait, Michelle McCool. Grrrr.

I thought Edge was phenomenal at the end of the night. The guy is seriously the best guy on Smackdown right now. Trips is champion and isn't even the main topic

Another thing I really like, and this will sound dumb, is that they've got competitors from all over the world (even if it's kayfabe), like Finlay from Ireland, Khali from India, Kozlov from Russia, Umaga from Samoa, various English wrestlers, even Maria was representing Greece. It gives credence to the idea that it's a "world" title.

very good point sir! Unfortunately 95% of the idiots would never understand why that makes a difference in prestige

They should have given Braden Walker a Welshman gimmick, complete with the annoying accent, and had him face Umaga, Khali, Koslov and Big Show. Then fire him.

They should have given Braden Walker a Welshman gimmick, complete with the annoying accent, and had him face Umaga, Khali, Koslov and Big Show. Then fire him. hah, the Welshman gimmick equals instant heel heat. "I'm from a real country, honest". And he gets fired every week, yet comes back each following week and the announcers carry on as if nothing happened. Then one week he doesn't get fired, and the Fed buries the future-endeavoured annoucement on its website under the huge announcement of Cena wearing a funny hat.
