I think I love Aces and 8s now. It has everything.
Bully Ray- Ruthless Leader.
Mr. Anderson- Ruthless Asshole.
DOC and Knux- Familiar faces that don't do shit.
Garrett and Wes- Guys who have asses that I want to see kicked.
Taz- Shitty announcer and worse shill for A+8s.
D'lo Bischoff- The guy who is going to turn the term Bischoffing into D'loing.

this is true. There have been stupider stupid outcomes. In all fairness the only thing stupid about Dixie being the mastermind is Dixie. The idea isn't the worst idea though
I think you just made it official!
I actually am really starting to like Anderson in Aces and Eights. The problem is TNA ALWAYS fucks up Anderson
Is it me or does Gunner kind of look like Storm now with the beard? They go well together as a team
Fuck Rampage. Who knows, maybe he will surprise us. I just never liked him, even as a fighter
TNA sucks

Fuck Rampage. Who knows, maybe he will surprise us. I just never liked him, even as a fighter I don't even know who he is. Apparently nobody helping Sting is going to be a plot point. Maybe he'll start moping out on his moped too. I enjoyed the main event and the six-man for what it was. Mickie dicking around with Velvet is never going to get old. I liked seeing Taylor (I refuse to spell it how she spells it) Hendrix again, but dear god she has horrible entrance music. Every time Brooke Hogan is on screen it feels like a bad soap opera. Probably because it is. Looking forward to the Bound For Glory Series again, except for the fact that it's reminded me how quickly this year is zipping past.

I'm also glad the BFG series is back. It added a lot to the shows last year and gave us a good 2-3 months of consistently decent-good shows if I remember correctly.
I also like Gunner and Storm as a team. Tag wrestling in both companies is actually really good right now. It's great.
Hey, what happened to Todd Whatsisname? Are we back to Taz and Tenay again? Lord have mercy!

I'm left a little bit puzzled after the last couple of Impacts.
Why is AJ talking? Ever? Once Kristy started mentioning how much time was left the finish to his match against Joe became obvious. The thing is, even on hearing they only had 5 minutes left they didn't pick up the pace. Disappointing on a number of fronts.
So if we pretend for a moment that the World Champion IS the main event of wrestling, isn't it odd that Sting formed the Main Event Mafia the day after he can no longer ever (never ever ever) be in the main event again? Wasn't Kurt one of the jabronis who left him high and dry?
What on Earth was the point of that "State of the Knockouts" segment? Why did they inflict that atrocious segment on us? Did we do something wrong? You know what would have been awesome? If Taylor (I refuse to spell her name like she spells it) Hendrix, Ivelisse Velez, Daffney and (of course) Sarita had stormed that shitty segment and left them all a bloody mess. Seeing as TNA loves its stables, doing an all-female nWo or NEXUS would genuinely be innovative.
I love that Crimson came out and all but said "have I mentioned recently that TNA is stupid? Because TNA is stupid."
I think I've figured out how this whole Aces and 8s and stablemania is going to turn out, thanks to the Simpsons:
Lisa: What happens when we're over-run with lizards? Skinner: No problem. We simply unleash wave after wave of Chinese needle snakes. They'll wipe out the lizards. Lisa: But aren't the snakes even worse? Skinner: Yes, but we're prepared for that. We've lined up a fabulous type of gorilla that thrives on snake meat. Lisa: But then we're stuck with gorillas! Skinner: No, that's the beautiful part. When wintertime rolls around, the gorillas simply freeze to death.

I have to agree with V about the State of the KOs segment. What did we do to deserve that. And who taught Brooke how to use a microphone? Could she have been any further away from it?
The Bound for Series matches for the most part were lackluster. The only two I enjoyed (I tried to enjoy them all, so this isn't all on my end) were Aries vs Bradly and Daniels vs Hernandez.
Kaz vs Magnus almost caught my attention but it was short.
Anderson vs Park and Joe vs AJ was just so slow that it sucked the life out of the match.
Also, why do Bully and Sting only use two hours a week to do there business? What about the other 6 days of the week to call estranged wives and recruit the same people into the same stables that already turned on you?

This weeks Impact was weird, every segment was either great or sucked beyond belief.
-Sting said to much. Because of his talking I figured out Joe was the new MEM member before his match started. It made sense, since he was facing Kennedy.
-I'm fairly certain they recruited Aries as well, and that they were responsible for Aries being Suicide for the night. Also, since they were leaving to visit the mystery man right before the main event, I figured out it was Aries.
-Bully Ray being paranoid was awesome.
-If guys like Mini-Ryback and New Improved Maxx Payne are who they are bringing in for Gut Check, they should just cancel that shit.
-James Storm sure is the most picky drunk I've ever seen. Calling Tara a butter face and all. Gunner did more without saying a word than most.
-There aren't a lot of people left that the MEM can recruit anymore. I think it is just Styles, Roode and Hardy ( and Aries if he isn't a secret member.) I don't see Styles or Roode doing it, it would be a great twist if Hardy joined.
-Some men shouldn't book women's angles, and whoever is booked the James/Skye angle is one of them.

This weeks Impact was weird, every segment was either great or sucked beyond belief. I found Hogan bringing out some jobber and telling us all that this was the real Suicide rather weird. Way to kill the mystery. One of the things I hate about wrestling at the moment is that they have people come down to the ring and blahblahblah for 10 minutes when it's totally unneccessary. Like they have their writers' meeting and someone says "who's going to go out and talk for ten minutes this week. Oh, I dunno, just have Sting go out there and waste some time". You know, rather than simply NOT having a 10-minute talky bit. What, and miss the amusement of watching Flippy McGee doing a crossbody onto Meathead O'Ryback's ankles? yeah, I'm being sarcastic, stop wasting our time on this nonsense. Velvet Skye sucking doesn't help matters either.

Magnus joining MEM seems a bit dumb considering the name of the group. Forget that though, I've no real problem with it. TNA never makes any sense.
I was glad to see another Throwback Thursday.
Chavo is totally going to screw Hernandez in one of his final matches in the BFG Series.
Bro Mans is a great name. Lol.
Gut Check was annoying as always.
Sabin vs Aries was a really enjoyable match. I thought Aries was going to retain and I still have my doubts about Sabin actually getting a push in the main event.
That Mickie James promo on the ladder was pretty good too. I wonder if she wanted to leave WWE or if they decided to get rid of her, because she is probably still the best female wrestler out there.
Decent show this week. The matches meaning something during the BFG Series really helps me enjoy the shows more.

Gut Check was annoying as always. I haven't seen last week's show, but in case any of you had any lingering doubts that Gut Check isn't a crock of shit and a total waste of time, TNA has released Alex Silva, Christian York & Taylor (I refuse to spell her name like she spells it) Hendrix. So even the winners of contracts maybe show up twice and are never seen again. What is the fucking POINT of these segments any more? So very stupid. They also released Joey Ryan, Crimson and Matt Morgan.

It's laughable. I'm a little surprised that they decided to let Crimson go. I think they had a potential main eventer there and they've punted him. Matt Morgan had plenty of chances. It took them long enough to realise that he sucks.
TNA never fully commit to anything, that seems to be their biggest problem. They build a guy from the ground up with an "undefeated" streak for over a year, then when he loses they can't be bothered to try and figure out a new direction to take his character in, so they just flush a year's worth of time and effort down the toilet. Almost everything that happens in TNA means nothing a few months down the line, so why should we as fans care to get emotionally invested in characters and stories that will potentially disappear or change drastically at any given moment? I'm probably being a little harsh and whiny, but damn this company is stupid.

I find it hard to care about the "Main Event Mafia". I also find it hard to take them seriously, even in the realm of pro-wrestling. It just seems silly.
What I would really like to see is Chris Sabin beat Bully Ray for the title. Just get the job done with a minimum of fanfare and without a gazillion promos or having to form a stable.
Even though it was completely obvious that Daniels, Kazarian, Roode and Aries would end up on different teams (I mean, this is TNA after all) I still enjoyed their tag match. I'm somewhat looking forward to when Daniels and Kaz have to face off one-on-one.
I enjoyed the knockout ladder match. I kinda liked that they seemed to set stuff up and then didn't do it. Watching these kind of matches, you get the sense that the participants are merely assembling Ikea furniture (or setting up dominoes) in anticipation of something rather than, you know, FIGHTING each other. Seeing as Gail and Taryn are tied at one in crazy gimmick matches, I can only assume we'll get a rubber match.

And hey, it kind of happened! Although it wasn't the greatest match ever, I loved the ending. Fuck that shit. Hit him in the head with a hammer. Get the job done. That is a better ending than winning with the Diva Finish, which is what I thought was going to happen (sadly I was inadvertently spoilered as to the result). I also enjoyed Roode vs Aries this week. It's strange that they hyped this week's show as a "PPV Quality" event, and it was basically two big matches with a load of filler in between. Having said that, I do like them having big theme shows every month, and building up to them. Why is AJ talking? Why is Brooke Hogan talking? God, she makes me long for the days of Karen Jarrett. I mean, seriously, what is the kayfabe reason for Brooke coming out every fucking week and yapping with Bully Ray about whatever? This has been going on for what seems like months and months now.

The whole match was insane, Bully might be the best heel around during a match. I even hated him for targeting Sabin's knee. I want details on how Angle got back in the arena. Like did he get out of the back of the truck at the first stop? Did the driver get a DUI? I need that story. I love how Rampage scratched his nuts during the promo without giving a shit. I'm really surprised that Tenay didn't go ape shit about former WWE star Trent Beretta finally being in TNA.

I also enjoyed Sabin winning the title. It opens up the BFG Series a little too because I was thinking Bully was going to hold the title all the way up to the PPV.
Aries seemed a bit more facey last week. I also enjoyed the match and wouldn't mind a feud with Aries and Roode again leading up the the BFG PPV. They seem to have really good chemistry.
Gail vs Mickie is also promising. Mickie is really funny right now.
