I thought Hogan was going to say, but if you win RVD, you'll become the new champion tonight and defend against Roode this Sunday. What kind of "magic" incentive is picking the stipulation thing vs. a match where there's a 75% chance you can lose without being involved in the fall? God
TNA is still stupid
And hey, there's a rumor going around that Bully killed Morgan off for good because he may be headed to the WWE. That should be fun

And hey, there's a rumor going around that Bully killed Morgan off for good because he may be headed to the WWE. That should be fun Oh god really? Really!? WWE looked at TNA's roster and thought "yeah, Matt Morgan is the guy we want"? That would explain that strange promo Crimson gave after the match though. Wouldn't you just have Crimson murder Morgan in a match if he was leaving the company?

Yeah that was weird to have Bully run to the ring to kill Morgan, while, Crimson was already feuding with Morgan, and waiting for him in the ring, only for Bully to impress Aries, who he lost too anyway.
Guess what? TNA is STILL Stupid

Did anyone see the PPV? The Aries vs Bully Ray match was pretty good. The ladder match was a bit of a wreck. AJ vs Angle was OK but the crap audience in the Impact Zone really dragged it down.

I thought that was the best match(Bully and Aries). It had a story to it Quite frankly, I'm fucking sick of the "holy shit" finisher fest matches. It's the SAME OLD SHIT over and over. The fans screaming and chanting "this is wrestling" over the same endurance matches over and over that involve RVD, AJ Styles, or Kurt Angle

I know what you mean, Champ. Angle is the worst offender. Even his match against Joe this week had an Angle Slam kickout and multiple ankle locks.
No TV Title defence this week. So that was, what, four weeks?
Roode calling Hogan out was cool. So when Roode wins next week, and becomes the longest reigning champion in TNA history, he gets his list of demands met, right? They're not building to Roode vs Hogan for the belt, right? Right? You know what would be awesome? Roode calling Hogan out at a future Open Fight Night, and beating him to a bloody mess.
The undefeated Crimson lost another match.
AJ's non-explanation being a load of shit was pretty funny, as was Daniels being a smug dick.

I also agree with the finisher fest matches. AJ vs Angle was a way overboard with the kick outs.
My generous prediction of six weeks before they forget about the TV title was clearly too generous.
I hope they don't mess up and take the title off Roode next week just so he doesn't break the record for longest reigning champion.
Daniels is hilarious right now. It's even better because he has a very valid point.
I bet Madison's crush is for Garett. I hate that guy.
Joseph Parks' exaggerated expression after Bully threatened him was great.
So are Joe and Magnus not even going to bother with a rematch? That's just it, is it?
I'm still not sold on The X (Division Wrestler) Factor. Not sure if it's because it was quite long the first time, or if it's because Ric Flair is the Simon Cowell of it, or what. We'll see how it goes next week anyway.
Jeff seems to be getting a bit stale. Too much feuding with Anderson perhaps. Anderson just seems to drag stuff down.

. Yeah I thought the same damn thing. When I was looking at the guys in the battle royal when Madison was on stage, and I noticed Garrett, I was like AW FUCK it's gotta be him. Like they're going to turn Gunner into a ladies man, and AJ is already tied up with Dixie

Maybe Eric Bischoff has put Madison up to it. So Madison will seduce Garrett and talk him into marriage. When they wed, they will both keep their own surnames and become the Rayne-Bischoffs. This will clear the way for Eric Bischoff to come back and use his own name and be in wrestling again.
Or something like that.

funny, I thought the same thing about Madison too. Then I was trying to think of a plausible alternative to Bischoff, like Eric Young (something to do with those KO Tag Titles). Then I remembered it's TNA and they could pull a dumb swerve out of their ass and it will be Kristy Hemme or something.
As if that isn't bad enough, Hogan's daughter is going to be joining Bischoff's son on this godforsaken show.

Did Kurt Angle (of ALL people) really ask what the importance of being the longest reigning World Champion of all time is? Have I mentioned recently that TNA is stupid? Because TNA is stupid.
Holding the title for a long time and not losing it >>> Winning and losing it a bunch of times. (Yeah, you too Angelina). Jesus.
The TV Title is defended every single week. Except last week.
What exactly is Bully Ray supposed to be guilty of? We saw Abyss the other week, so we know he's okay.
Joey Ryan impressed me a lot more than Alex Silva (who hasn't been seen since winning a contract), but I've got a feeling he's not going to win.
RVD remembering that Gunner put him on the shelf for a few months was a good use of the OFN concept.
I thought it was a decent show when Hogan wasn't yapping.

_______________
Not sure if this will work.
I posted in this thread a little while ago then the board went a bit mental. Has anyone else had any bother with the board recently? When I tried to post a while ago I was getting messages like "there are no messages in this forum" and "this board no longer exists". Hopefully it was just a blip on my end.
______________
Anyway, Impact was OK. I'm glad there was no Flair for the bit with the new guys. I also like that Joey Porn Star guy. He put on a decent match with Aries. They should give him a chance, especially when compared to the first guy, but they probably won't.
Hogan takes a full two hours to make every decision. I can do without all his backstage bits. Glad Roode won the match. I had a little feeling they would take the title from him and prevent him from breaking Style's record.
Eric Young and ODB had run their course with the titles. There's only so far they could have gone with Eric not actually being able to wrestle.

Joey Ryan impressed me a lot more than Alex Silva (who hasn't been seen since winning a contract), but I've got a feeling he's not going to win. And lo, it came to pass. What a mess. Apparently TNA doesn't like gimmicks. TNA is stupid. So being around for 10 years gets you a "no" vote? Just as well Daniel Bryan didn't bother with TNA. You know, former World Champion Daniel Bryan. Then he cut a great promo and Taz shat on it. I LOVE that he got in that idiot Taz's face. Ryan did the right thing: he got himself over rather than "play the game". Now people know who he is. The big problem with this Gut Check is that in giving Alex Silva a contract, they set the bar really low. The lumberjack match was fun. It did make me laugh that Tenay said the lumberjacks would be the "equaliser" for Sting. Because the lumberjacks beat on Sting and simply rolled Roode back in. I was thinking that must have been the first time Roode has jobbed in a while, but according to Naitch he's 7-8 on the year. I can't see Sting winning the belt. A champion vs champion (Roode vs Aries) match at Bound For Glory would seem to be the way to go. Bully Ray and Joe Park felt like an old-school angle. That was a lot of fun. The X Division match was also a good little match. I was half expecting Sabin to turn heel. Every time someone on Impact starts scowling I've been conditioned to expect a heel turn coming. Oh god, Dixie and Hogan Jr talking was agony. So they introduced a new "Executive in charge of the Knockouts", and the Knockouts don't get a match on Impact in the first time in forever. Great start, Brooke! Have I mentioned recently that TNA is stupid? Because TNA is stupid. Without wanting to sound too much like a pig: Brooke is an odd looking woman. Nice pins though. Kazarian and Daniels pointing out Dixie no-selling the affair was hilarious. I like Kaz a lot more in his current persona. Robbie E is great. Would it kill them to put the damn TV Title on Crimson already? Crimson Rybacking his way through opponents for months would make the title look like a million bucks, no matter how limited Crimson may be. Jack Swagger versus Kofi Kingston was the main event. Sorry, I mean, AJ Styles vs Christopher Daniels. I guess because I only started watching TNA a few years back, this rivalry isn't old for me yet. I like watching these two wrestle every now and again. Overall, a decent show this week. A-

Ugh. The Gut Check segment really annoyed me. Taz in particular. I found this pic that goes some way to explaining the stupidity of it. ![](http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a134/RandyMarsh/champisrighttazzisnotasmartman.jpg) I read that Flair might be gone from TNA for good because he decided to just do what he pleased during the first one with Alex Silva which lead to Silva getting a contract. As much as I can't stand Flair these days, I would probably prefer him back if they are going to continue with Taz in the Simon Cowell role. He's just such an idiot. Alex Silva only got a reaction because he spewed out the the wrestling cliches like, "busted my ass", "on the road", "left my family. Doing this for my dad", etc. Yet, as Ryan tried to point out to the idiot Taz, he didn't even need to cut a promo because almost all of TNA's fans wanted him to become a regular on the show. After Taz's pissing and moaning, when he blurted out "No!" he sounded like such a bratty little kid. After it I wondered if it is maybe a work, but would that make sense? I guess anything makes sense in TNA, but I'm not sure. It just seems like another typical TNA fuck-up. Bound For Glory is usually around October time. I think the best way to play things would be to bring Storm back in a little while and start at the very bottom, eventually earning another shot at Roode for the world title. Not sure if they will keep the title on Roode all the way until then, but personally I would prefer if they do. Brooke Hogan as Karen Angle 2.0 is going to be a disaster, isn't it. I liked the trip down memory lane with Christian Cage's TNA debut. Man, I loved Christian in TNA. Devon vs Jeff Hardy, Jeff Hardy, Jeff Hardy or Jeff Hardy had me thinking Jeff Hardy was going to win so he could have a title and be on TV having a match (almost) every week. I agree, Robbie E. is great. I can't help but fist pump every time his music hits. Lol. V, try to check out the matches with AJ and Daniels from around 2005-2006. They were great. In fact, I think around that time, Joe was undefeated and the X-Division champion and he had two or three 3-way matches with AJ and Daniels that were absolutely fantastic. I also hate Dixie angles. Dumb. At least sleazy Daniels and jaded Kaz are funny with their messing. It was an OK show, but Taz and the Crack Factor segment really left a bad taste in my mouth.
