A Pennsylvania man made a horrible mistake that almost caused his young cousins life.
During a hide and seek game at a Halloween party Thomas Grants young cousin lay motionless and face down he accidentally mistook her for a skunk.
The 9 year old girl wore an all black costume that included a long white feather on her hat.
Grant went outside and shot what he thought was a skunk.
Wow.....let's try this again
A TNA boss made a horrible mistake that almost caused his employee his life.
During a hide and seek wrestling match at TNA's version of Halloween Havoc for the world heavyweight championship, Eric Bischoff's young employee lay motionless and face down he accidentally mistook him for a skunk who got past security.
The employee wore an all black costume that included a white NWO logo.
Bischoff went outside and shot what he thought was a skunk.

The Grammy Awards taking place at the weekend reminded me of this supremely TNAbookingesque factoid: Shelby Lynne released albums in 1989, 1990, 1991, 1993, 1995 & 1999. She won the 2001 "Best New Artist" Grammy.

Man, I just had to dig up this half-decade old thread to post this, because if it is true then it is INCREDIBLE: So basically, you're the owner of a company, and you have two jabronis with rumoured Nazi leanings working for you. They leave, and you think you're never going to hear of them again. Anyway, 10 years later your company is in a bit of a sticky patch, and you (essentially) loan out some money from a different company to keep yourself afloat. Swerve! Those two jabronis are behind it all! And now they're going to take your company if you don't pony up the money in the next couple of days! That sounds like a typical shitty "control of the company" angle that TNA would run. So which real-life company do you think I might be talking about? TNA of course! 411mania.com/wrestling/new-details-on-tnas-potential-investors/On a new edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer spoke about the potential sale of TNA. TNA needs money to fund the company, which was described as “out of money” at this time. Dixie Carter is trying to maintain majority control of the company, but does not have the bargaining power. Aroluxe has been funding the company, and two of the officers of that company are Ron and Don Harris. Both worked for TNA as wrestlers and also on the production side. Aroluxe put up the money for the last TV tapings and the feeling is that they are financing the next TV tapings.and then the update The site reports that TNA has been working with Aroluxe since January and that Aroluxe handles all the expenses for TV tapings, after which TNA reimburses them. The word within TNA is that a payment of Aroluxe is due very soon (stories vary between today and Wednesday) and that if the payment isn’t made, Aroluxe can claim majority ownership of the company. That would, of course, leave Dixie Carter as a minority owner.lol

I did Nazi this coming.
Nazi stuff aside, even Harris Bros aside, the fact that a second company has been funding TNA since January, and if TNA can't pay them back soon, the other company gets TNA, is just mind blowing. If I was Ronald and Donald Harris, I would be praying to God, Buddha, Muhammad and The Flying Spaghetti Monster that I got paid so I wouldn't be saddled with that debt. Best case scenario for the Harris dudes and the 4 not Nazis that own the company funding TNA would be that they could sell the library to WWE, and I'm guessing that price has taken a plummet over the last couple of years. TNA isn't going to get the ECW nostalgia, and in 4 years we won't be seeing TNA One Night Stand because AJ Styles won't suggest it to Vince McMahon. Which is a good thing, we all know it would be headlined by Matt Hardy and EC3.
Worst case scenario for the Harris bros is that they will bankrupt their current company because TNA is obviously financially fucked. If my research is correct, they are basically inheriting the name and the debt. TNA must have a lot of debt, they can't even afford to rent buildings for a night without calling up Ron and Don Himmler (which is German for Harris (it's not)). The fact that they could receive TNA in their dealings would have made me want the deal more if I was Dixie and want it less if I was a Harris.

Surely the tape library is the only thing of value they have left? They have TV slots but like you said, they can't even afford to produce content for those slots. All their star power has evaporated. The name is worthless. I know predicting the end of TNA is a fool's errand, but I can't see how they can survive much longer like this.
And you are absolutely right that TNA nostalgia is a thing that will not be happening.

LOL. TNA is still good for a laugh.
TNA is the Russian winter of wrestling companies, these Nazis really should know better. At this point I just want it all to end. It has become really sad.

Surely the tape library is the only thing of value they have left? They have TV slots but like you said, they can't even afford to produce content for those slots. The price of the tape library is apparently worth 5 months of tapings. If you remember WWE bought WCW for about 2 million, which included contracts. WWE basically paid off ECWs debts for their tape library. I'm guessing TNA is worth closer to ECW prices. The fact that TNA currently has TV actually brings up their value a lot. That might be negated by the fact that Impact is POPs lowest rated prime time show. TV is a unforgiving landscape, so there is a chance that TV slot isn't even worth bringing to the negotiation table. If you are Vince McMahon, I would value the tape library, if it is going to be utilized, and with Aries, Joe and Styles in the mix why wouldn't you, at roughly around dirt cheap. Pay them enough money so they can get out of their warehouse contract or take them out to dinner or something equally cheap. I found out the other day I actually have an inside source on this whole fiasco. One of the owners of the this company (not a Harris) used to work for Sinclair Broadcast Group, and was vital in them purchasing ROH and getting them TV time. My roommate from when I was active duty military is now the go between for ROH and SBG. Here the details as he understands them. -The Harris Bros being with them is coincidental, and were being used to make contact with TNA management, the former SBG guy thinks he is made of magic and can turn the ship around for TNA. - The SBG team that manages ROH for TV purposes are glad he is gone and apparently he is a big joke in the ROH locker room now. More details to come as I get them.

former SBG guy = Dixie Carter with a fake moustache
That's my prediction for the next twist in this saga.

That's my prediction for the next twist in this saga. You were on the right track thinking there is a twist. Former SBG guys name is Jason Brown (I have my notes again), and Jason is one of six owners of the company Aroluxe, and if Aroluxe ends up with TNA they are going to sell it Jason's brother's (Roger) company Summit Strategic Investments, whose claim to fame is buying Segway, resurrecting the brand and then selling it for millions more then they spent for it. Here is something I don't think Roger gets, everyone at least wants to try out a Segway, they look fun to ride, at least once. TNA is a wrestling promotion that wrestling fans no longer want to watch. So, if SSI gets the company I think they will not waste a lot of money on it and consider it a bad investment once things don't turn around in six months. Another story I have read is that Dixie has been shopping around major sports networks in different countries (India and Canada I can remember off the top of my head, can't find the story so I don't know the other two countries) offering them 10% of the company to show TNA wrestling, and was turned down by all of them. I found an interesting article about TNAs value from 3 years ago, and reportedly in 2013 it was worth $20 Million dollars, which may have been true when they were on Spike TV, because of the time slot and the channel. WCW was worth $10 million with the time slots it had, and if I remember WCW had at least 2 shows at the time of its death on Turner owned networks. So lets say that with inflation TNA is worth $20 million because of TV, they are probably worth less because Pop TV is a channel most people don't know they have, and is on a premium channel package depending on the provider. I am going to predict because of that TNA is worth about $5 mil (half of WCW despite inflation) and probably closer to worth 2.5 mil because of debts they have incurred. Also, I love this story more than any wrestling news story ever. I am completely enthralled with every aspect of it.
