I enjoy the bitter taste so no sugar needed here! Also, two more stupid questions.
1. Can you make the green tea into a cold tea or does it have to be a hot tea? Its a debate going on between the wife and I right now.
2. Whats the best way to eat the kidney beans in your opinion?

for the first question, the tea can be cold, hot, luke warm, it doesn't matter. It's the ingredients that do the trick in the end.
Kidney beans you can eat it any way you want. There's no particular way I make them. I usually just eat them with escerol soup or mixed greens and garlic. Nothing big

When making green tea it is supposedly better to heat the water to just before boiling point. So if you're using a kettle just switch it off before it finishes. The slightly cooler water apparently helps keep the flavours in the tea better than the fully boiled water would.
Also Naitch, when you go out running it might be an idea to take your dog out sometimes, too. Go to the park or whatever and just have a run about. It would be good for the both of you.

I would love to take my dog out but hes a bit of an asshole. He spends a large portion of the day trying to figure out how to runaway.

LOL you called your dog an asshole.
I remember KOAG's dog always tried to get away from the house too. It was like the dog's eyes were always on the front and back door just waiting for someone to open it so he can run out and do whatever the fuck he wanted. That dog was great though. He didn't bite but he'd scare you

I wish he was stupid. Hes figured out a couple different ways to get out which has led to some interesting innovations around the back yard.

Also, I think I hurt myself today. I ran about 30 feet and twisted my ankle. Which I guess I should have seen coming. My ankles and shins have been pretty soar since I've started running. Almost to the second I started running lol.

Yeah, if I stop running for a while, my shins in particular hurt the first two or three times I start doing it again. Just leave the running for a few days at least to let your legs recover. It really doesn't do any good keeping at it when you're hurting.
Today, I was going lift some heavy weights but felt a strain in my back so I just didn't bother with it and had a jog instead. Even though it was just a tiny twinge I felt, it's better to play safe when you are hurting.

Running is HARD when you push 30! I actually wanted a mountain bike for Christmas but I didn't get one because I was having problems with my back and depression again(the back doctor put me on anti depressants for PAIN and I was a mental wreck for weeks over it) so I just wasn't in the mood for the bike this year. But, I've found a combo of a low anti-depressant, fish oil, St John's Wart, and vitamin B and I've been feeling so much more positive and my head is in a way better place now. I also noticed since I haven't been feeling the depression as much, I'm not feeling the back pain as much either. Depression causes terrible chronic pain and fatigue. You feel in pain and tired when you're really not supposed to feel that way. It's one of the symptoms.
I've been doing a lot of calisthenics. All body workouts that require no weights. I do 5 different forms of pushups for my chest, triceps and shoulders. Then if you do a super wide grip push up, you get the whole armpit area including the back. My bowflex has a chinup bar hooked up. I do 3 different forms of chinups and pullups for my back and biceps. I use 2 kitchen chairs to do shoulder flies and bicep curls. I do hindu squats. Then I do leg lifts, leg crunches, regular crunches and oblique crunches. Then I finish off on the bow flex and burn out mbiceps, triceps, forearms, and use the leg curl machine to burn out my hamstrings and quads. So I hit EVERYTHING off. I even do calf raises with the hindu squats. It only takes me like 25 - 30 minutes with very little rest in between. I just jump from exercise to exercise and it gives me bit of a cardio workout from not resting. I only did like 6 of those workouts this year and I already look so much better from the end of 2009. Still weigh 205. My goal this time is to do what Naitch is doing. I don't want to be bulky at my age anymore. I have enough muscle. If I just drop 30 lbs of fat and rip up at 175 I'll look huge. The lack of bodyfat will make a 120lbs guy look big. So being 175 at 5'6 of pure muscle, I'll appear 200lbs is my point. But i'll be carrying so much less weight and it'll be more comfortable. Plus, my goal is to look better now than I ever did in my 20s. I got BIG and JACKED but I was never shredded.
Oh I tried those cherry peppers again the other night I told you guys about. I love them so much so I ate about 7 of them throughout the night. I woke up at 7am with the WORST gas. I sat on the bowl and my ass was practically dry heaving and my eyes were watering from the cramping. So last night I only ate 1. Today at 4pm I UNLEASHED in the bowl again lol. I wasn't in as much gas pain but I can't believe how just one of those peppers fuckin cleans me out. It's better than colon blow!
