Cena is money, bottom line. It doesn't matter how many fans hate him. He's the bread winner and Hardy is coming up close. I actually like the way Jeff is being pushed right now. If they do the right thing they will have Jeff beat Cena fairly and get the torch passed kind of like Hogan and Warrior. 2008 is Jeff's year. But if history repeats Cena will just own again. If Cena owns Hardy when he cashes in the MITB(yes Jeff is winning it I've been saying it since last summer) there's no reason in even pushing fresh guys. No reason whatsoever

Yeah, if there isn't a WWE title run at the end of this Hardy push then what's the frikkin' point. SummerSlam or Suvivor Series might be the night for Jeff.

Let's say Jeff wins the MITB. Let's also put it in the first hour of WM. Then he demands his title shot right here right now~! as faces usually (stupidly) do. The main event gets changed to a four-way like the 2000 WM main event. You've got two faces (Cena and Hardy) and two heels (Orton and HHH). Orton is eliminated first. JBL somehow "accidentally" causes HHH to be eliminated ~ distraction or something. HHH is pissed. Whilst the refs are separating HHH and JBL, Hardy rolls up Cena for a 3-count but nobody's there to count it. Everyone thinks this is just setting up a JBL vs HHH feud. Cena can't put Hardy away. He kicks out of the FU (okay that's wishful thinking). Then we get JBL interfering, Cena wins yadda yadda yadda. They beat the crap out of Hardy, HHH comes back and gets the Credit Crunch =Cena and JBL top heels =Hardy top face HHH heelface then you get Hardy and HHH "having to get along" in face of the greater evil and blah blah blah. Orton gets totally screwed over in this scenario but what canya do

That's fuckin brilliant V! I never even thought of that! If Jeff won the title at wrestlemania that would be sick. Why do I feel like it's still Cena's night? Oh that's right, he's god

It is a good idea, V. But as long as Mummy and Daddy are buying John Cena shirts for little Timmy, then I can't see him turning heel at all.

If Vince thinks he can get another 2-3 years out of him, selling as much crap as possible, then they won't turn him heel. If they're ever going to turn him heel though, now is the time. It's s*** or get off the pot. There's no point turning him heel when no-one cares about him. If you've got the audience interested enough in the character, they might have some investment in seeing him get his comeuppance. You'll lose a few fans for sure. But perhaps the story would be interesting enough to raise interest in the product as a whole = more PPV buys. It also depends on how marketable you think Jeff Hardy is as the top face against him. So yeah, probably not going to happen, but you never know...
