Did anyone watch the Wimbledon final last Sunday? I'm not much of a tennis fan but that match was incredible. Those two guys are just so much better than anyone else. They barely even finished the match before nightfall because there was nothing to separate them! As far as great sporting duels go, that match is up there. Even if you don't like tennis, I recommend you check out the highlights or something because it was breathtaking!

This is the one tennis match I caught in like ten years and by accident. I didn't catch any hype or anything and not being familiar with either person I thought Nadal was going to win. Because he looked cool.

Federer had won the previous five tournaments at Wimbledon and had not lost on a grass court in about 5 or 6 years. Nadal on the other hand, only started playing on grass a few years ago and had been knocking on the door at Wimbledon over the last two years before finally seeing Federer off this year. Not only was in a memorable match, it was quite possibly the passing of the torch from arguably the greatest player ever in Federer to the potential greatest, in Nadal. Naitch, you picked a good match to watch!

Naitch, you picked a good match to watch! I was just in a restaurant and they took awhile to get my food and they had it on a bunch of tvs so it was by complete fortune from mother nature that I watched.

Wimbledon usually has an added interest for me, although, as I said, I don't follow tennis much. For years we had endure Tim Henman, an English player, just being all over the place when Wimbledon was on, he kinda sucked and never won anything so that was quite funny. He's retired now but there is no reprieve because there is some Scottish twat called Andy Murray who plays now. He's nowhere near the same league as Federer and Nadal though so it should be sweet seeing him getting dumped out year after year.

I had more intreast in the people working the event. They were all super pro like and always stood in uncomfterable positions.

Could you hear the umpire? Tennis umpire's talk like every word is the most important thing you will ever hear. Super Serious voices.

I didn't have any volume going for me. So it was all visuals. But now I might have to catch one to hear the most important 30-LOVE I will ever hear.

I saw bits of it I was rooting for Nadal just because I was tired of hearing Federer won again.

Yeah, Federer has been kicking people's asses for years but I think Nadal could very well be opening his own can of whoop-ass right now.
