In this "reality era" of WWE, and given what's gone down in the last 2 years, Triple H vs CM Punk looks like a big money match to me. Not that I think he's coming back any time soon of course.
(Possibly final) betting update: Triple H is now odds-on to win the Rumble. Odds-on to win a 30 man match. Craziness. Brock, Bray and Roman are all about in the same price.
EDIT: Triple H has shortened even more since time of posting - he is now a pretty extreme odds-on favourite. I sense shenanigans. Or am I just being naive?
I've put my thinking cap on, and this is what I think is going to happen.
Brock enters at about #18 and is a house on fire. Big Show enters #19 and Brock immediately throws him out. Roman throws Brock out just after that. Brock goes beserk and kills everyone in the ring.
Triple H enters the Rumble at #20, eliminates now-dead Roman with a bunch of (NXT?) heels not actually in the match.
While this mayhem is going on, The Rock (also not in the Rumble match), sneaks in and chucks Triple H out.
Daniel Bryan enters the Rumble, but AJ Styles enters later and chucks him out.
Undertaker is eliminated by either Sting or Goldberg
KOFI KINGSTON WINS THE RUMBLE! or Bray. I guess it will be Bray.
FASTLANE:
Brock vs Kofi (or Bray I guess) for the WWE Title
Triple H vs Roman for #1 Contender - Rock fends off the parade of run-ins, helps Roman win.
WRESTLEMANIA:
Brock vs Roman for the title
Rock vs Triple H, one last time, Steve Austin special ref maybe?
Undertaker vs Goldberg or Sting, whoever is healthy
Daniel Bryan vs AJ Styles

I just hope this is a good show. I really want Becky to beat Charlotte and I really want Ambrose and Owens to beat the hell out of each other for well over 20mins and have a great match. I just don't care for Roman or Triple H too much, so I hope they go with something quite unexpected in the Rumble match. Maybe the Undertaker wins and has his retirement match at WrestleMania as the WWE champion? Has it crossed anyone else's mind that Cena's sudden injury wasn't as serious as they have made out and he will show up? Also, for the love of all that is good, don't waste a surprise pop on Kevin Nash again this year. The guy can hardly walk.
The surprises I want the most are - Daniel Bryan, Seth Rollins and Shinsuke Nakamura. I'm not expecting any of them though.
Still, looking forward to this. Hopefully it's a good one because the last couple of Rumbles haven't gone well.

I couldn't sleep, so I stayed up to watch this.
Dumbest rumble match ever.
The wrestling League of Nations is about as effective as the historical League of Nations. I rolled my eyes when they PULLED Roman out of the ring rather than CHUCK HIM OVER THE TOP. There's 4 of you for fucks sake! As they didn't eliminate him (they just fucking left him there!) it pretty much telegraphed the ending, sadly. And then Roman came back out as though nothing had happened. So dumb. But even at the end they could have saved it by having Ambrose kicking HHH out - perhaps with Roman's help - and making a new star. But no. So very dumb.
I marked out for AJ Styles though. Great timing.
The other matches were all great though. Poor Becky. lol. I'm not sure what to make of that. Either they just treated her like a chump or they're building sympathy for her to win at Wrestlemania. As I'm not sure I see that happening then... well...
The crowd was hot for everything, and then booed the shit out of Roman. What a bunch of marks.

Dumbest rumble match ever. Besides the HHH and Roman stuff, I loved this Rumble. It told a lot of stories and hopefully set a bunch of stuff up for Mania. It also continued a lot of stories without wasting another PPV match on those stories. Here is what it looks like the Wrestlemania card is looking to shape up to be just off the Rumble match alone. Roman Reigns vs HHH Sami Zayin vs Kevin Owens AJ Styles vs Chris Jericho (if he's not around, Dean Ambrose) Neville vs Stardust Sasha vs Charlotte vs Becky (ok this wasn't in the actual Rumble but close enough) Ric Flair vs A Sexual Harassment Lawsuit Kalisto vs someone from the Leauge of Nations (I'm not convinced it's necessarily ADR this far out)or LON vs Lucha Dragons. The Wyatt Family vs Kane, ![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png) ??, ![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png) ![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png) (Big Show and Mark Henry maybe?) Brock Lesnar vs Bray Wyatt or Lesnar vs Sheamus Undertaker vs ![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png) ?? (My head says HHH and the main event will be Reigns vs Rollins, Lesnar or Cena) New Day vs Most Likely the Uso's (Holding pattern baby!) Ambrose vs someone in League of Nations (hoping for ADR)

It also continued a lot of stories without wasting another PPV match on those stories. Sure, it wasn't the worst Rumble match ever. It was well laid out and had some nice moments. But it was the dumbest Rumble ever.

LOL. I was thinking along those same lines. I liked the attack to begin with, but then they just left him there without eliminating him, so yeah, everyone was just waiting for his obvious return later in the match. He only got put through one table too. Ambrose was the last eliminated and he had already defended his title in a Last Man Standing match against Kevin Owens a couple of hours earlier. The way Roman's Rumble played out was only slightly better than that of a heel who hides under the ring.
Yeah, I loved it too. The fact that he walked out and slowly got in the ring like he thought he was going to win made it so much better. He looked like a star from the very beginning. I liked that it was Owens who eliminated him. I think that's a good place to start and both guys can go into the IC title scene for WrestleMania maybe. Kevin Owens was my favourite guy the whole night. Half the roster hates him, lol.
I enjoyed the Rumble match. The last 5-10 minutes was when my interest started to fade as it became clear the Ass Kicker, the King of Kings, The Game, the Cerebral Assassin, Triple H was about to come out and sneak the win. AJ was great. R-Truth thinking he was in Money in the Bank was funny. Kevin Owens taking on everyone. Kofi and the New Day. Rusev splashing Reigns through the table and then hugging Vince. There was some good stuff before it petered out at the end. Even then I was pulling for Ambrose, even though I knew it was futile.
I felt bad for Becky to begin with too but I think she'll be fine. That match and what happened after it should help her as a babyface and I can see those 3 facing off in a triple threat at WrestleMania. Maybe Becky gets her moment then. I sure hope so.
I'm still not sure about all the WrestleMania matches yet. I like the sound of AJ vs KO. Brock destroying The Wyatts will probably be OK. I just don't feel anything for Roman vs Triple H as the main event.
I thought it was a good show show though. The end result kinda sucked but that was a huge improvement on the last couple Rumbles.
