Been really quiet around here the last couple of months, even with Wrestlemania just around the corner (I guess we're all fed up with Roman Reigns already).
So I just thought I'd ask, "hey, how are all you guys doing at the moment"? Life treating you well?
I've been really busy at work, can't believe 2 months have been pissed down the drain already.

Hey V!
I've been pretty busy with work and stuff too, so that mixed with a growing apathy towards WWE has meant I haven't really had much to say. It has been a quick start to the year though. I was writing the date out on something the other day and put the year down as "2013". We're halfway through the 2010s. What the hell?! I suppose I'm generally doing OK though, can't really complain about anything. I'm feeling pretty good, got rid of most of the winter blubber by this point so I'm in good shape and looking forward to the four days of summer we should be getting pretty soon.
Everything cool with you?

Yeah, not bad man. I don't know where the time goes, it just seems ridiculous that it's less than 3 weeks to Easter 4 days off already.
I just saw that the last post was over a month ago - I didn't see the point in posting if nobody was here (I'd essentially be talking to myself, which would be the height of insanity) and wondered if I'd missed out on everyone being kidnapped by ninjas or something. We're all 10 years older than when we started and wrestling is a bit uninteresting at the moment, so I'd expect posts to be less frequent these days, but it'd be a shame if this board disappeared completely.

Yeah, I have no intention of leaving, it's just that WWE has been a little underwhelming in recent times and from things I've been reading and hearing they, as a company, seem to arrogantly think that they can provide their fans with whatever they feel is appropriate and we can like it. I've still been following what is going on in WWE but they can be doing so much better with what they have and they seemingly have no desire to try any harder which doesn't do much to entice me, as a fan, to invest more of my time in their shows. I've been watching other wrestling promotions and older stuff for my wrestling fix in recent months.
I hope everyone else is doing good though. Pop in and say hello!

I was out of country (work related) for a little bit doing things that aren't exciting enough to actually say. Got to see a bunch of Spain so that was cool. Got to still catch Wrestlemania, I haven't been home that long.

As you can see on my other thread, I had a pregnant dog of a time signing on, but I finally made it! Lol
This product really does suck lately. I don't even want to watch anymore. It is a combination of the writing, the superstars, and the fans. It has become a huge clusterfuck. The only thing keeping me going is I started doing YouTube videos! I basically rip up the show and troll the product and the fans. I'll post a like below.
But yeah, life is just hectic now. My job is sucking the life out of me, I'm on the verge of a promotion, and I've been working hard in the gym. I don't like getting older lol. I can't believe it has been 10 yrs plus already! It's insane!

LOL. Welcome back Metal Jim.
First video "CM Punk can eat a dick part 1". Other classics include "Fuck you Vince!" and "Raw 3/2/15 what a piece of cow shit". I guess I'll check a few of these out.

Lol yeah I started doing them in December but didn't tell anyone. I have almost 100 subscribers now. Actually, no one(except the subscribers and other youtubers) knew I was doing them. Just SM and you guys. Even my family and friends still don't know

Metal Jim has a great delivery. Entertaining stuff. I'm a subscriber because this shit is hilarious. You should shit on the jews more like you did about the new network subscribers. I giggled when you quickly validated your statement and than immediately moved on. Also, you are now my wrestling enemy. I love Rollins, chicken shit heel champ.

Lol thanks. Rollins promos have just been urking the shit out of me. A lot of it is trolling too. People don't want to tune in to see you praise the product. The negativity makes it more entertaining. But I'm glad you guys like it!

I have a hard time distinguishing one episode of Raw from any other of the past couple months (that's what you get when you don't watch them), so I checked out your Wrestlemania review so I would get the points of reference.
It was weird hearing you talk! I mean, you talk like an ordinary guy and all that.
You made a good point about Dan Bryan's fans getting in the way of the story (although I had to laugh that there are apparently people who thought Sandow got "buried" in the Battle Royale - it's the same mentality though). I don't get it sometimes. Last year was pretty cool, and WWE adapted to it and produced a memorable segment (Triple H bischoffing dispersing the Yes movement in the ring) and followed through with a satisfying payoff (Dan beating Triple H and then the title). But this year? I mean, the dude got eliminated from the Royal Rumble fair and square, and people were trying to make last year happen all over again. Isn't the Rumble supposed to be a risky proposition? Luck of the draw? Can't you just be disappointed the guy lost and then root for him in whatever he does next rather than trying to make the fairytale happen again? People are rooting for storylines rather than wrestlers now. WWE have kinda landed themselves in this situation though.

I watched a few of your vids Champ. Entertaining stuff and you remind me of Tony Soprano a little bit with the accent and filthy mouth. LOL. I would suggest giving NJPW another shot though. Check out Wrestle Kingdom from early this year, or some of the weekly shows they were doing on TV with English commentary. My favourite match so far this year was Honma v Ishii in New Japan, it was beautifully brutal.

Exactly V, my thing lately that's bothering me is how fans feel the need to write the show. When you see a TV show and a character you like dies, you don't hijack the show. You watch the following week to see what happens next. These fans act like Bryan got ran over by a tracter trailer. So he got eliminated, big deal. The fact is, he still won the second biggest title at mania. It's not like he was "shafted". I thought he was the perfect guy to elevate the IC belt and make it mean something again.
I'll check that out MS. I don't have access to it. I have to steal clips fro. YouTube lol
