So the Money In The Bank match kicks off the PPV, and just as Dean Ambrose is about to grab the briefcase, the briefcase mysterious rises just out of his reach. Seth Rollins chucks him off and grabs the case for himself.
Backstage, Triple H congratulates Seth. Seth says when he cashes it in, he's going to create an unforgetable moment. To do this he needs the contract to stipulate no DQs and no countouts. HHH agrees.
The Title match is the main event. Everyone is out. The bell rings. Immediately Triple H's music hits and everyone looks towards the ramp as HHH and Seth (without the briefcase) walk down. They've got their eyes on Roman Reigns of course. One of the refs gets in HHH and Seth's way, and they start gesticulating. HHH and the ref exchange words. Then the ref does the magical "wave his arms and the heels go to the back" routine and Triple H and Seth stomp their way back, and everyone cheers. That same ref signals to the bellkeeper and the bell rings. Michael Cole chuckles about how they already started the match.
Roman Reigns climbs to the top of the ladder and unhooks the titles. The bell rings and they Roman as the NEW WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Out of nowhere Seth tips the ladder over, and Roman crashes through a table in the ring. He immediately scampers across and hooks the leg, and that same ref from before makes the three count. Here is your winner... and NEW WWE World Heavyweight champion... Seth Rollins.
See, Seth cashed in the contract just before the match started, HHH made the ref aware of that (and told him to keep it quiet and to throw them out), and the ref rang the bell the second time to signify the start of the "cash-in" match. Because Seth asked for no countouts, he could sit back backstage until the match is over. Then he pins the winner inside the ring.

I think the mitb match is going to go down almost exactly as you said. I don't know if they'll do the old briefcase magically raises up in the air spot but I definitely think Ambrose is getting "screwed" somehow and Seth is winning.
The actual title match I almost see cena winning instead. I feel like, even though reigns is hot, they shouldn't have him win any titles yet. They should have Seth cash in on cena if they really want to make Seth legit. Then have him eventually come out of a title feud with cena still as champ. I'm thinking long term and how it'll really make Seth a star

I just thought of an interesting twist. Rollins talked trips into letting Ambrose in the match. What if they're in cahoots and dean grabs the briefcase, roman wins the belts, they celebrate together, then dean REALLY turns heel and destroys reigns and Rollins and leaves mitb as champ. That would be fucking chaotic attitude era booking

I know you're trying to book around Rollins getting Ambrose in the match, which at the moment looks very stupid. Ambrose was going to show up anyway, why even leave open the possibility of him getting the case? I think the bigger (storyline) problem here is the same as the one faced by the parliamentarians in the English Civil War. "We can win 99 battles against The Authority, but they just need to win one and we're fucked". I'm still seeing people think that the Shield breakup is a ruse and The Architect is going to get one over on the Cerebral Assassin. What would that actually entail though? It doesn't matter how many matches you win against them, or how many battles you win - you're not unseating Triple H and Steph from their positions of power, so what is the endgame here?

This is pro wrestling, stipulations happen all of the time. Of course, this could just end with Roman Reigns bursting into the WWE offices, superman punching Pat Patterson, spearing some secretary and demanding Big Johnny come back to the board of directors. I would hope that would end with the smoking man saying "Now is not that time Roman."

This is pro wrestling, stipulations happen all of the time. Oh absolutely, I wasn't pregnant doging - which is why I said a storyline problem. As a viewer I can see the pieces moving on the board, and I can see the obstacles and the conflicts. I'm interested to see how this plays out. Maybe they'll blow up Steph and HHH in a limo

Yeah that would probably be a little "too much" for people to wrap their heads around. I would say you can wait for raw for dean to cash in but you would see that coming from a mile away. I think a part of me still really wants just a little more of the shield

Cena wins the belts. Dean wins the briefcases. No huge turns and twisters this time. Deal with me. ![](http://i.imgur.com/mXYogVW.png)

my logical thinking says cena wins and Rollins grabs the briefcase. But it could be dean only because I feel like they're making Rollins too obvious

my logical thinking says cena wins and Rollins grabs the briefcase. But it could be dean only because I feel like they're making Rollins too obvious The bookmakers agree with Cena and Rollins. I don't like doing swerves just because an outcome is "obvious", sometimes an obvious outcome is OK, it's how you get there that's interesting. So just swap out "Reigns" with "Cena" in that scenario above, it works either way The bookmakers seem to think the Tag Titles are going to change hands. I'm not so sure about that. The bookmakers also seem to think Paige is a slam dunk. I'm not so sure about that either. It seems like the perfect opportunity for one of the cheerleaders (either Cameron or Naomi or both) to do something heelish that causes Paige to lose the title.

2 good ppvs in a row, I'll take it!
You should've bet on the tag match V! Lol It was one of those matches I really could've seen falling either way. I definitely wouldn't have wanted to bet on it. Harper and Rowan feel ready for the titles. But that also was another reason to give the Usos that win and build their credibility to the max before dropping the belts. That was the one match on the card I really wasn't sure who was winning. It wasn't until the match was in progress that JBL completely gave it away by referring to Rowan and Harper as the next tag champs the entire match. Come on JBL you're better than that. Regardless, it was still a very good match. I'm sticking with Luke Harper as going down in the future as the most underrated worker of this era. I think the crowd is overdoing it with the "this is awesome" chants. The match wasn't awesome. It was GOOD.
Paige vs Naomi was ok. It was probably Paige's best wwe ppv match so far. I just can't give these diva ppv matches credit they don't deserve just because it's "better than what we are used to". After seeing Natalya vs Charlotte on NXT takeover, I know how much better a diva ppv match can be if it was booked properly. Even Paige vs Emma at NXT arrival was better than anything they give us on wwe tv. Naomi and Paige have talent. Even though the match didn't suck, you know they can do better. It's frustrating.
Adam rose vs Damien rivière. Ok that match sucked. Adam rose sucks. I'm with you guys. I'm officially a lemon now. Adam rose takes an ass kicking the entire match and sells no injuries. You feel like he's in a "fake fight". Even though wrestling is predetermined, the art of it is making it seem real and getting people invested. Adam rose is like the absolute worst guy for that job. That's the best way I can put it. Sandow tried but I can't see anyone getting a good match out of Adam rose. He hadn't shown any reason why we should believe so.
Money in the bank ladder match...I mean, what's there really to say except that was nothing short of a 5 star match. I was actually getting nervous for Rollins in that match with those fucking bumps he was taking. I actually started talking out loud like Jesus Christ this fucking guy is going to cripple himself. I'm not even going to get into talking about the match because I can do an entire post on it. That match is easily a match of the year candidate. It was flat out fucking awesome.
Rybaxel vs the dusts I didn't even really pay attention to. The ladder match kind of had me reeling and Curtis axel just bores the piss out of me. Now he's wearing a gay singlet shaping around his flabby titties. I actually like ryback now. He's much better as a heel flying under the radar. One thing I'll give Cody credit for, as you guys mentioned before, I always admire the fact that he notices when he's flatlining and always tries something new. As for the stardust gimmick, not sure how I feel about it yet but the guy gets an A+ for reinventing himself when he needs to.
Rusev vs big E, I gotta say I liked this match! I also finally saw tonight that rusev may actually be worth the time they've been putting into him. This is the first time we really got to see him "work" a match. We finally saw him get wounded and actually have a real battle. This is what I'm talking about with Adam rose. Rusev's win came off has hard fought and well earned because of the way he was selling the spear to the floor. It made me think, this guy isn't just some gifted ass kicker but he's a tough bastard and has heart too. I actually am more invested in rusev now. Big E is a good first "real" opponent for him even though big Es new preacher style promos are even worse than ever now. wtf is he doing?
Summer/Layla/fandango segment wasn't even a match to me so there's no point in saying what I thought of it. At best it was a good intermission going into the main event. They were using everyone on the card already so they may as well used something with a storyline to fill the gap. So I won't knock it.
Wwe title match. Cena wins lol. I pretty much expected that. A lot of people thought reigns was winning because he's being booked like superman. Having reigns win tonight would've been a classic mistake and I figured wwe knew that. He's not ready yet. But he will be. You gotta pull the trigger at the right time with a guy like reigns. I'm pretty positive he's their wrestlemania guy next year. This match was fucking great too. It wasn't as good as the other ladder match but the only way they could've topped that match is if wwe wanted to cripple all their main eventers lol. It was pretty much a given that this match wasn't going to top the first one. But shit, this one was still really entertaining.
I hope they keep this going. I'm fine with some lackluster raws if the ppvs are going to deliver. The thing is raw should be more about storyline progression anyway. All I ask for is fun wrestling with it so I don't want to fall asleep every Monday. But the ppvs I expect the matches to be good

Cesaro, Rollins and Ambrose made that show and made there own respective matches good. RVD almost killed the briefcase one with his shitty offense, luckily that was short. Everyone not named Cesaro or Kane, felt like they were trying to ruin the title one.

I liked the title one. It's just that when you have a title match with main eventers that work a protected style and aren't really high flyers, it's not going to measure up to ones like the midcard one. Fucking Rollins was actually scaring me with the bumps he was taking. I thought swagger was great in that match too. Ambrose is another one that is just relentless about putting on a great performance. I fucking loved that match. What's funny is ziggler is suppose to be the show off and this eras show stealer and even rvd, kofi and swagger had a better performance than him

I forgot about Kofi, dude is always legit in those matches, this year was no exception. For a minute I thought he was going to take it.
I know what your saying about the title match, there was just a lot of dead spots in that match. And with 7 or 8 guys in that match, dead spots seem unnecessary. While with the briefcase match everytime someone even looked at a ladder I got excited.

I also enjoyed the PPV. It seemed really solid from start to finish.
About Kofi, I think he would be the perfect guy to have win the Rumble in the next five years as a surprise winner.
The MITB PPV is probably one of WWE's best annual PPVs these days. Their big 4 used to always be Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, SummerSlam and Survivor Series. Now MITB probably delivers more than Survivor Series. Extreme Rules is also usually pretty good.
