The title isn't meant to be an argument of which WWE era is the best, if you like the Attitude Era better, that's cool, I don't really want to argue over it.
But right now, under HHH's guidance I'm going to assume they are at a real peak of doing great shit all around, from bottom to top. Right now, with greatness recently we have seen
-The Wyatt Family come and show up almost every stable that ever existed.
-Cody Rhodes cut the promo and maybe the match of his career.
-Randy Orton starting to have the best matches of his career with Christian and Cody.
-Sin Cara almost vanish from the face of the earth.
-The return of vignettes of incoming wrestlers are a great touch.
-The Shield and Daniel Bryan getting to shine brightly.
-Hell, TNA used to have the better in ring action while WWE had better storylines. I'd say since Survivor Series of last year, WWE has dominated in both areas.
-A distinct lack of Garrett Bischoff and Wes Briscoe.
-Somehow made an RVD match interesting with Damien Sandow's help.
-Finally, lurking in the back, CM Punk is continuing to burn his lanterns of great promos, while feuding with the Heyman Crew.

I am also happy with how things are right now. There is always going to be feuds and angles that just don't do it for certain people, but for the most part WWE have been producing good shows for a while now. I am a little disappointed with how SmackDown has firmly been knocked back to being the definite B show, but on the other hand RAW has been consistently good for a while now and doesn't look to be slowing down.

It's funny, I saw this thread before this past Mondays raw and I slightly disagreed with this post. But, then I saw raw this past Monday and it was arguably the best overall, well rounded, interesting raw I've maybe ever seen. It was 3 hours and I wasn't bored, except with RVD lol
The highlight of my night was orton beating the shit out of miz in front of his horse faced mom and hick dad. That's the orton I started to like in 2009. I Appreciate that they didn't just give orton the belt back and instead said, prove why you deserve to have it back. Then, we saw the best version of orton, maybe ever
What I really want to see is Dan Bryan win the wwe title another 2 times and have triple h come up with a reason to strip him. That would be great if you have a 4 time wwe champion who never held the belt longer than a day
But if anything proved naitchs theory on this thread right, it was this past Mondays raw. It made me feel very hopeful about the near future

Is it any coincidence that Cena has been gone a few weeks and we are talking about WWE being on a major high? I'm not really saying "Cena sucks!" so the show is much better without him, but Daniel Bryan is the first face I can remember in a long time who is loved by the vast majority of the fans and is being booked as a vulnerable underdog trying to get to the top. With Cena gone Bryan is flourishing right now. I'm not sure Cena would have taken a back seat to Bryan if he wasn't injured and Bryan's push as the guy might not have worked out exactly as it currently is.
One thing I would like to see a little more of in the shows is comedy. Nothing over the top like jobbers being Bugs Bunny'd by Hornswoggle backstage every week, but just something here and there thrown into the less serious feuds. More bits like Ryback beating up guys in the back for no reason. Stuff like that.
The mid card titles are being highlighted a little more. The Shield as tag champions are going to give a huge rub to the team who eventually beats them. I like the Usos and can see them being the ones to finally better The Shield.
The World Heavyweight Title is in the toilet with Del Rio as Champ and Rob Van Don't Give a Dam as the only guy who seems to be chasing it but hopefully that changes soon.
Managers seem to be well and truly back. Heyman is getting up there with the likes of Bobby Heenan since coming back.
The commentating is fine right now. There was a time a few years back when Cole in particular was ruining the shows.
The rehash of Austin - McMahon with Bryan and Triple H in the leading roles is working out really well so far. Long may it continue.
