Just looking back at the HIMR thread, I noticed Sarita turned Heel on July 1st 2010. And it got me wondering how many TNA stars have stayed on the same side of the Face/Heel divide longer - bearing in mind it's only 18 months.
I've got:
Rob Van Dam Sabin Shelley Madison Rayne
And I'm pretty sure that's it. I thought Velvet might have been Face for longer, but Wikipedia is saying she turned at the end of July. Anyone I'm forgetting?

I find it hard to keep a grasp on the time-scale of wrestling events, but that said...
Bully Ray seems to have been heel for a while now, but he did turn face for about half an hour when they did some sort of hardcore PPV.
Robbie E has always been a heel. I think.

It does show you how inconsistent and stupid TNA is though

Wikipedia is saying that vignettes hyping Robbie E's arrival started airing on August 26, 2010 and he debuted on October 7th. That would actually tie him with Mickie James, who has always been a Face since she arrived.
I think Team 3D were faces in their "last ever match" against the Machine Guns, which happened in October 2010. But we can add Devon to the list, because wiki is saying he became a "fan favourite" on November 28th 2009, and I think he's been a Face ever since?
I mean, Rey Mysterio, Undertaker, Cena and Triple H have been faces for years now. 2+ years as a heel for McIntyre? 3+ for Cody Rhodes? Dolph Ziggler? Swagger? 5+ for The Miz? WWE seem to do many fewer turns these days (unless you're a diva).

I see what V is saying though. TNA is so damn inconsistent. WWE only turn guys when it's really necessary. Even Orton's been a face for 2 years

I think Sting might be the only constant. I don't remember him being a heel. Sabu was around TNA for awhile and I think he was a face the whole time. Jarrett has mostly been heel. Thats all I got.

Sting was a heel with the Main Event Mafia. I think.
Even So Cal Val went heel for a while.

Yeah, Jarrett disappeared for a while and returned as a face to help Eric Young.

During Monday Night Wars II: United Kingdom vs Zanzibar Sting showed up during a Flair & AJ vs Hogan & Abyss match, and then theoretically turned heel. I mean, really, he was a face all along but acted like an asshole between that point and 10/10/10 because the plot demanded that he act out of character so we'd be all surprised and shit.

Basically Sting was a face all a long but got booed like Luger when we thought he sold out but it was Tatanka the whole time. In this case, Tatanka was Hogan
