1. The Wellness Plan. Its a fucking dog and pony show. If someone gets caught by lets say the Nevada Gaming Commission (or whoever tests the fighters for the UFC) that dude is out until they say differently. The New York Gaming Commission won't take a gamble on that guy and hes out there too. Right now this is apples and oranges but hear me out.
1. Restart the program. Clean slates for everyone.
2. Test everyone from Linda McMahon (the real owner of WWE) to the interns down at Stamford all on the same day. Its a corporation and just because you don't see people on TV, doesn't mean they don't work there.
3. Once the results come in let the people that failed they have 60 days to get off the gas and weed. Offer rehab to whoever wants it in a supportive setting.
4. 60 days later retest whoever failed the first one. Offer an Amnesty Hour to whoever wants it. 60 days paid suspension with a offer to rehab. Whoever doesn't fess up 60 days no pay suspension. If its a on screen character they are pulled from TV that instant. By messing up someone else's storyline as well that guy should get some heat. If the person holds a title strip him that instant as well.
5. Anyone with a second strike gets a 120 day suspension, no pay. Let them know that rehab is strongly advised if they seek a future in the company. Make it public on the website and feel free to call CNN and Fox News to let them know the actions you are taking. Let them know if said wrestler did go to rehab. This would motivate a lot of people.
6. Third strike, fired. Let them know rehab is always an option as is the door back in but that person must make a lot of changes in they're life first. Again call CNN or Fox News. Let the world know you are making progress and you aren't afraid to show it.
Honestly this would change some perception since the Benoit fiasco and may actually gain a lot of support from otherwise naysayers.

You could send a copy of that to Bud Selig whilst you're at it. ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

If you're all for the wellness policy I agree 100% on this. Don't just test the wrestlers. Test EVERYBODY. The wrestlers are the ones who put their bodies on the line and I know steroids and drugs don't help in the longrun but this is still a biased policy when you only test the performers

I totally agree with this. If WWE wants people to take them seriously, they need to seriously enforce a more comprehensive policy.
Sadly, though, WWE will never put a policy in place where the top 10 will ever be in danger of being fired.

What about Jeff though? I guess maybe he'll be ok because Randy Orton should have been fired 5 times already so there's definitely some rule bending in the policy

2. The tom foolery in the back.
I know most of the people want to think they work for a huge wrestling promotion. But the truth of the matter is, and just ask Vince, they don't. They work for a Sports Entertainment Corporation. They have stocks even. Some things have to end.
1. Micheal Hayes got in trouble for using the word nigger recently to one of the black "superstars". That may have flown back in the day but now your a corporation. That means you need a work environment where everyone feels safe. And lets face it, you do not want that news making the front pages or being repeated every 15 minutes one day on CNN. And I'm sure most people (fans and WWE higher ups) don't care about color as long as the person can perform in the ring.
2. You can't have people shitting in peoples bags and soaping asses in showers. That may go in the indies, I'm about to sound like a broken record here, your a fucking corporation. I know in a locker room your going to have a mix of egos and backgrounds but WWE answers to the public not itself. If you own stock in WWE, is this how you want your company acting?
3. I still love the idea of Kangaroo Court still. It is a job where you have to be able to trust everyone, in the ring, not to steal your wallet while your out in front of the cameras. And there are some cases where its just easier to make a punishment in the back and have someone learn a lesson through a little humiliation. Besides most punishments are just buying a lot of beer.
Thats my second installment on things that need to change.

You're absolutely right about the corporation thing. Ribbing is cool and all but keep it to a minimum and leave Paul London's ass alone

3. Managers
Why did we get rid of them? We still have good managers in the indies. If WWE brought in Larry Sweeney (who is being called the new Bobby Heenan, feel free to youtube him) he could easily get 2-4 people who aren't great public speakers over. Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas could really benefit from his help. So why do we make them speak for themselves? Most "real" athletes don't have to talk for themselves off the field/court. Remember all the Terrel Owens off season stuff between seasons? TO didn't talk to the media, he had a hired speaker do that.
All I'm saying in a world that we have guys like Larry Sweeney and Julius Smokes out there being great mouthpieces for wrestlers having trouble speaking, and getting them over, these guys would be wise investments.

1-throw out the wellness policy. Guys cut great promos on coke. 2-bring back heel stables 3-have mostly squash matches on tv so people have to buy ppv to see main events but have the TV title defended weekly on TV. 4-every heel gets an enforcer or a diva. Edge gets both. 5-rulebreaker managers

1-throw out the wellness policy. Guys cut great promos on coke. It's funny 'cos it's true. 2-bring back heel stables I agree - cough*wallstreetboys*cough 3-have mostly squash matches on tv so people have to buy ppv to see main events but have the TV title defended weekly on TV. Not going to happen in their pursuit of ratings, but I don't see why they don't 'pad out' the show with squash matches rather than silly backstage nonsense/chat show segments/diva crap. A big match to start the show, another halfway through, a main event at the end, and three or four squash matches inbetween. 4-every heel gets an enforcer or a diva. Edge gets both. seriously. It's not as though they're lacking in the diva department, might as well give them something to do. 5-rulebreaker managers More "Duchess of Queensbury Rules" matches would be a good thing too but yeah, why not have some managers and stables? It's such a simple thing to do.

They all end up dying anyway so let it run roughshod

They could solve a lot of problems by having a less punishing schedule. An "off season" is probably unfeasible, but they could either run less house shows or, at the very least, give wrestlers a few extra weeks off (totally off, away from the shows completely, banned from backstage) each year to be with their families or bongs. The rosters are deep enough to accommodate them if you plan them in advance.

But from Vince's standpoint, the show always goes on. He could care less if you're dying. If you aren't stale, you're working
