I was going to give the picture a Canadian face (split in two) but couldn't be bothered mucking about with it.
All the snow seems to be finally thawing around here. Probably just in time for the next blast of snow.

We have a shitty rainy day. But it's almost 60 degrees. That's why people in NY are always sick. It was 24 degrees Friday morning

I just popped out to the supermarket (7:00 AM today if you're reading this later). I checked the BBC website to see how cold it was before setting off, it said -2C. I was sceptical of that reading, so obviously I dressed extra-warmly.
Holy FUCK it is cold this morning. The supermarket is only five minutes away, and my hair fucking froze in the time it took me to walk there. Now that I'm back I check the BBC again, and now it's saying it's -6C. horseshit. A weather station 15 miles away observed a temperature of -14C at 6AM. That sound a lot more like it.

We actually might get a white Christmas this year. We got one last year too.

Your hair froze? LOL.
I saw a pic earlier and the coldest place in Britain was somewhere down in the South of England, probably not too far away from Reading. I can't remember the name of the town.
The snow came back around here a couple of days ago so, just when the ice was starting to melt a little, everything is back to being completely white. I can't believe I've not been on my ass once in the last 3-4 weeks because there is ice everywhere.
I miss the summer.

Today was our first really cold day this winter. The amount of frost on the cars not in garages was amazing.

We're getting our first snowstorm tomorrow and it's a fuckin blizzard warning for over a foot of snow. I'm actually excited. I like snow when it doesn't inconvenience me. Since I have no where to go tomorrow or Monday and since I'm in pretty good shape again(well, good cardio and weight lifting condition, but still overweight) I look forward to the exercise of shoveling my car out and getting that fresh Rocky 4 air.
