That was the first time I had witnessed that. It was the same again today. I was walking home a little while ago and there was heavy sleety hail coming down. I was walking right into it and it was like having thousands of icy little darts fired at my face. Apparently it could be like this for a few weeks.

we have a warm rainy day today. It's in the 50s and humid at 8:30am. That's a pretty warm morning for NY while rounding December

It was freezing last year too, but generally things aren't as bad as this.
When I had the cold recently, for a couple of days my lips were so dry it felt like they were receding into my face. I had to drink constantly and even resorted to sitting with a sponge in my mouth to suck on, lol. I've never experienced that before. It was really irritating.
The last couple of days things have basically just shut down. The roads are too icy to drive on all over. Could stay like this for another week or two, too.

Blistex or medicated chapstick helps that
I've been sick this whole week too, since Saturday. I haven't worked out or done shit all week. It's a sinus cold that I have to just wait out. My whole body and head keep aching along with snot and throat problems. I've even been taking some toxic shits that are on a whole new level, even for me

All told my part of the country has gotten off lightly this week. It was tolerable enough for me to go running on Wednesday morning, but the temperature nosedived about midday, and we had a thin layer of snow settle on Thursday. The footpaths have been slippery, although it's a bit warmer today so the remaining ice is melting off.
This is in contrast to the snow we got in January, when my part of the country got absolutely slammed, and the snow was knee-deep.

I used to have no problem running in the winter. Now I'm a pregnant dog. So I just jump rope in my room. But Jump roping is a hell of a cardio workout

I don't mind really cold weather. It's the icy roads I don't like, I'm not the most co-ordinated person.

Its pretty nice in Denver today. Its 48. Not bad for December. Theres a ton of cold air coming off the Rockies and making it pretty hard to stay out for too long though.

You should be used to the cold living in South Park. Judging by this recent picture of you Naitch, ![](http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a134/RandyMarsh/naitchsp.png) you seem to be coping just fine. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)
