It's appropriate then that you dropped the "Skeleton" from your name, V. I'm just kidding. ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) I am actually putting the pounds on at the moment, I've always had a pretty slender build but I'm over 13 stone now and rising. I've never had a problem with getting weight off, though, so I should be fine. Hey V, keep training and I'll get in better shape too, and next year we can run the London Marathon in aide of the Snitsky Foundation. All proceeds go to hair transplants, bacne cream and puntable babies.

We do have fatties, but we can't hold a candle to you guys, Naitch. The evil clown hasn't quite set up base in as much areas as he has in your land.
No, I'm not fat but right now I'm about as heavy as I have been. I just need to cut back on the Snitsky cakes and I'll be fine.

Some people that could stand to lose 10 lbs but not really fat people.

My next door neighbours are blobs. On the other side, they aren't exactly size zero's either. The family that lives over from me are somewhat settles Gypsies, or Pikeys, or Trash, whatever you prefer. By nature they are heavy too, and dumber than rocks but still probably have wallets that would choke a horse. They are like stereotypical Gypo's too, one of the daughters is insane and is in and out of jail and runs around naked sometimes, another is half retarded with a limp, due to in-breeding and another one of them is so slow he's constantly living in last week.

So THAT's where my family moved to without telling me. I don't really know any huge people either. I think the epidemic is as bad here as it is the US, it's just our fatties are not as fat as your fatties. The threshold for being "obese" is lower than you might think. Going on BMI (I know it's not an exact science), when I was 216 I was technically "obese" by like 0.1. At my old old job I used to have to walk 30 minutes to get to work. My old job I had to get a bus. My current job is fairly close. I only say this because at the time that was the only exercise I was getting; so once that stopped the weight started accumulating. I was also suffering from ridiculous fatigue and v. worried about getting diabetes and I knew what the doctor would tell me. "Get some exercise you fat fuck".

The second I stop doing cardio I'll put on 10lbs instantly. I just started running again and I feel my metabolism speeding up already and burning off what I'm eating. I'm going to try and stop drinking too. Today is actually the first day I'm going to discipline myself with it. I just quit cigarettes 5 days ago too

This just in
I had a beer already and it's only been 24 hours. I have an excuse though. I had a long talk with my band and even though things are going really well it's very stressful too. There's just a lot of anticipatory anxiety. I don't like playing shows anymore and I get anxiety attacks and depression bouts when I play a lot so I stopped playing out. Today I agreed to get back on stage next month if I want to be successful with everything else I put work into or it's going to pay off for some fuckin hack that walks in and plays my bass lines. I just have a lot of nerves these days about playing shows. I'm not afraid of the stage. I just don't like hanging out in bars and staying out late. I hate the whole music lifestyle but I have to go through with this for my own personal benefit for the time and effort I put in. I just feel like I'm not built for this business even though I know how to play. I'd prefer to just record but recording musicians read music and are told what to do. I don't like being told what to play and in this band I have that freedom. Basically in a nutshell I hate the business but I love playing the songs
