As reported earlier, Tommy Dreamer, who re-signed with World Wrestling Entertainment this past summer, handed in his notice to company officials over the weekend. Regarding his future prospects in the wrestling industry, according to www.f4wonline.com, the former ECW champion "will almost certainly be heading to TNA."

I wish TNA would just stop hiring people for now. That roster went from cozy to clown car.

LMAO Clown car. One thing I have to give TNA credit for is they have VERY few guys in the company that are useless. They at least use everyone for the most part.
But I agree with the hiring. They should only hire guys if they really have a big name for themselves. And if they hire Dreamer, they should toss someone useless like Big Rob, who has NO fuckin idea what he's doing out there. That's what they say about Big Rob backstage. and it's so obvious too. All he he knows what to do is come out and look really pissed off for no reason. He's lucky he's got one of the best wrestling physiques in the world

They could just say "fuck it" and form a ECW stable. Dreamer, Raven, Rhyno, Dudley Boys, Taz etc. I imagine that would play well with TNA's target demographic. Of course they would end up fucking it up, but c'est la vie.

Jesus Christ, who are they going to sign next? Scott Hall?!
I'm not exactly sure what Dreamer can offer.

Jesus Christ, who are they going to sign next? Scott Hall?! I'm not exactly sure what Dreamer can offer. Dreamer might be just a road agent which might work out well for both TNA and Dreamer. Also, since you brought it up, rumors are about that they are going to sign Hall and X-Pac.

I was joking when I said that. Scott Hall coming back seems a certainty. X-Pac, well, he's a tough son of a pregnant dog. He fucked Chyna. If that isn't enough qualifications to get you hired into a wrestling company then I don't know what is.

I guess they have plans for a NWO reunion. As normal take that with a grain of salt.

Well fuck me. Guess what I just found.
-- According to The Sports Courier, Scott Hall has in fact signed a contract with TNA Wrestling. The website's source states Hall, who is now 51, will return to the organization during its live three-hour broadcast on Monday, January 4, 2010. (TSC Exclusive: Scott Hall signs with TNA)

Lol. I wonder how long it will be until they have Juventud Guerrera on commentary.

Yeah I read that yesterday to the Hall signed. They also said there's no word going around of X-pac signing. It's unlikely at the moment but that could change by Saturday.
If they decide to go with that "WWE is the devil" angle, they could always call that stable "The Originals" since they can't call it Ecw. Then just have them come out and talk about how TNA gave them a new life and WWE sucked them dry like parasites. Those angles where people are so anti WWE makes me laugh because all it does is give the WWE publicity. That was the one thing I always thought Eric Bischoff is an idiot about. The one thing that made me laugh is when they gave away the spoiler of Foley winning the title and then that segment blew away Nitro's segment

That single moment when WCW said that Foley won the title is thought to have gave WWE the pivotal advantage in the ratings wars. And they had WCW to thank for it. So yeah, I agree, I don't really think it's a great idea to acknowledge the other company too much. Just do what you have to do and if it is good enough people will watch.

In the Monday Night Wars video, they said that was the highest rated segment for WWE since the wars started. That's why TNA can't make the same dumb mistake

Put yourself back in your shoes from the night Foley won that title. It wasn't too far off from the cage fall and every retard teenager (including me) loved Foley. So Tony opens his mouth and why wouldn't we switch to see that? Foley has always been my personal wrestling hero so I had to switch. (He was my hero because he won the first match I ever saw). I don't know what was happening on Nitro that night ( my gut says it was the finger poke of doom.) but the main events over there were so fucking predictable. And that only got worse when Russo took over.
Speaking of Russo you want to know why he really sucked? No one ever brings this up either. He was stealing ideas from WWF as they were putting them out. Rock and HHH having a ladder match? Well by golly lets have DDP vs Vampiro in a ladder match. But to make it look like I'm not a complete parasite lets just hold it a week later. Same with ambulance matches, cage matches and shitty gimmicks. You think the fans love Roadogg wait until they see Buzzkill!

I switched the channel! Infact I kept watching the match to see if it was really true(that Foley won the title). So basically, WCW forced me tune into WWE. If they hadn't said anything, I might have missed Foley's title win
