I'm sure like most people, we all thought Randy Orton had no chance of keeping his title at WrestleMania and that he was keeping it warm for either Triple H or Cena. However, that big win at WrestleMania just seems to have finally done it for me. Before, when I saw Orton come out I would think, "Is it going to be Cena or Triple H to beat him?", now I think "Just who is going to beat him?".
That one moment at WrestleMania has established his credibility with me. Before Sunday, I just thought of Cena as still the WWE Champion but when Orton came out on RAW, I finally acknowledged him as the Champion.

Perceptions changed, theres been a lot over time. Just off the top of my head.
Austin giving Vince that first stunner. In my head that moment made me think that guy would do anything.
Vader ripping off Cactus Jack's ear. That whole feud, as short as it was, was pretty sweet. Two guys that in my young head went from great too monsters that haunted my dreams. Seriously those two scared the shit out of me.
Brian Pillman sucker punches Stunning Steve Austin with a roll of quarters. Pillman went from Flyin Brian to a guy on a warpath to me.
Sting decends from the rafters for the first time. The completly killed Surfer Sting for me. Which kinda sucked as I really liked him but he made himself better in every way.
Tazz chokes out Angle in his debeut. Seriously, who saw Tazz dominating that day?
The Grish entered my heart. Allright that just changed me.
Tyler Black vs Bryan Danielson brought my perception of Black from just some indy guy to some guy that will most likely be in the WWE hall of fame someday.
Hogan joins the NWO. I actually started liking him after that.
The first lucha match I saw on Nitro. I don't remember what it was but it changed my perception of mexican wrestlers.
Dudleys break Beulahs neck while Dreamer is handcuffed to the ropes.
Steve Corino telling Dusty Rhodes that Dusty is a coward and cut the break lines on Magnum TAs car.
Rhino at Guilty as Charged 2000. Again haunted my dreams. Rhino used to be a pretty scary heel.
New Jack using a staple gun on Jack Victory changed my mothers opinion on my wrestling viewing habits.
RVD vs Jerry Lynn changed my fathers perception on pro wrestling. For the first time the man actully didn't chastise me for watching wrestling and was rooting for Lynn due to Joey Style's commentary. About halfway though the match we actually made a wager on who would win and lets just say I didn't have to make my bed for a week.
Seeing Alex Shelley vs Bryan Danielson made me think neither of those two are getting paid enough.
Trish Stratus vs Lita on that one Raw main event made me perceive that not all women wrestlers suck and they can sometimes have great main event caliber matches.
Chris Jericho asking Dean Malenko how his dead dad is doing made me perceive Jericho as a great heel.
Angle polling a Raw audience what there favorite Angle moment is.
DDP vs Sting on Nitro brought DDP up a couple notches in my book even if DDP did lose.

That's a really good list Naitch. I exalt you for it ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) There's another really simple thing they could do to give Randy more credibility. Bring back the old title belt. That spinny thing is inextricably associated with Cena. If they bring the old belt back it sends out a message that he's going to hold it for a while. (Even if he doesn't)

Austin's 3:16 promo after winning King of the Ring has to be one of the most obvious ones. I remember thinking Snake Roberts was going to win but Austin ripped him apart before, during and after the match!

I remember thinking Snake Roberts was going to win but Austin ripped him apart before, during and after the match! I had like three other Steve Austin ones. BUT.............Steve Austin's first promo in ECW "No brotha weah giving dat belt to someone else, we got otha plans for you. Stunning, not anymore" HHH rebuilds D-X without HBK making himself look more legitimate and finally letting us forget about his blue blood days.

If I wasn't sold on Triple H before around 8 or 9 years ago, I was when he got that kickass "My time" theme. I used to love that! I remember one time he came to the ring with Chyna to open SmackDown, it would have been when he was rebuilding D-X, and thought, "Why is Triple H coming out?" but it didn't take long for him to seem much more legit to me.

Oh yeah, that was good.
I remember at an early In Your House, "Mind Games", I think. HBK was defending against Mankind and I didn't think he had a prayer. I thought he was totally legit as Champion after that match.

I thought he was totally legit as Champion after that match. That was Mick Foleys first match in WWF. Now you know! Shane Douglas throws down the NWA title and proclaims himself the ECW Champion (even if at the time it meant Eastern Championship Wrestling Champ).

That night Jericho won the WWF title with a quick count on Triple H, only for Triple H to demand the belt back and actually get it 10 mins later. Everyone must have hated Triple H after that for ruining such a great moment we had experienced just a few moments earlier.

Everyone must have hated Triple H after that for ruining such a great moment we had experienced just a few moments earlier. I remember that moment. I was pretty excited and then I vowed to learn the lost art of the PNS and seek revenge on Hunter. I'm still going to kill him and his little asshole children.

I think he's still on the "To Kill" list of everyone who saw that. I think I was still crawling around on the roof when I saw him take the belt back. Then I plummeted back to earth with anger in my heart.
