Hey he was the recognized champ for a few minutes!

It was sweet while it lasted. I thought The Brian Kendrick actually did very well in the match. He didn't look out of place at all.

He really didn't look out of place! Except of course when Trips buried him like 3 times in the match with pedigrees. I'm starting to really dislike Trips again. I understand why he's champion but he's almost like the face version of 2003 Trips, 20 minute wise ass promos and goes over everyone at the PPVs

Except now he gets cheered. Strange world. I guess this match was kind of a Main Event try-out for most of these guys, to see how they do.

Kendrick and Jeff stood out the most as main eventers. I can't believe they couldn't even give Mvp a 2 minute title run

I heard this was the leak wink of the scramble matches. The other two were awesome and this one was great right until Trips went on a killing spree.

I heard this was the leak wink of the scramble matches. LOL! leak wink. That was a good one, Naitch! The only person who I thought would win the match other than Triple H was MVP but it just seemed inevitable throughout that Triple H was going to win.

You heard correct. The Ecw match was very good and saw quite a few pinfalls. The world heavyweight match from Raw was great especially the way Jericho snuck in and took the victory after laying dead on the outside. The WWE title match from Smackdown was great until Trips came out. Then it became the Trips/Jeff Hardy no sell contest. MVP, Kendrick, and Shelton didn't stand a chance at that point. At least Jeff put over Kendrick for the title for a few minutes. Then Trips came in and destroyed Kendrick with 2 pedigrees. The funniest shit was when Kane was the interim champion he tried going for a pinfall that didn't even matter displaying his character's retardism

Thinking about it, this year HHH has scored pinfalls over
Cena Orton Edge Jericho (or was it a DQ?) Mark Henry Great Khali Shelton Benjamin MVP Kendrick
Just off the top of my head. It's good to be the king!

I actually don't recall Jericho laying down to Trips although Trips is the new superman of 2008.
You also forgot Jeff Hardy on that list. Trips pinned him in the elimination chamber in February to go to wrestlemania

I still feel that Hardy should have been the original choice to go against Orton for the belt at WrestleMania. He was red hot at the time.

Yeah Jeff blew that shot BIG TIME. He was without a doubt winning MITB. So CM Punk should thank Jeff for doing drugs earlier this year. I loved the idea of Jeff winning the MITB and cashing it in that night for the win

Wasn't Jericho in MITB this year? He souldn't have bothered and just cashed in his "Just got my ass handed to me" contract like he did on Sunday.

Jericho was IC champion in that match and MVP was US champion. Why those titles didn't get defended, especially with the mania tradition behind the IC title gets me
