For some reason this pimple thing happened on my eye lid and there is this insane amount of swelling going on. I figure it might get me a couple free meals at a battered mens shelter so its not that bad.

Dude that eye thing sounds like it could be pink eye or conjunctivitis, whatever you want to call it. If so you need to stay home because it's super contagious. Is there any puss coming out or are your eyelashes getting stuck together when you sleep? That's another sign of it.
