How much do the Knockouts get paid? I don't mean exact numbers or anything, but compared to working on the indys, and compared to the men on the TNA roster. Can they make more money working the indy scene than TNA?
Because I remember reading about how they low-balled Gail Kim (who was one of their biggest attractions at the time, in the sense the KO Division was the highest-rated segment on Impact), and how she gets paid shit-loads more money to be an afterthought on Raw than she would to be an attraction in TNA. You'd think they'd want to keep together one of the few immediately obvious advantages / selling points they have over the Fed.

And it's amazing how WWE didn't capitalize on her. They claimed she wasn't "connecting" with the WWE crowd. #1 she has NO gimmick or shtick like all the other women on Raw except Maryse. TNA Knockouts ALL have some gimmick or shtick. And 2, she doesn't get to display anywhere NEAR the talent she got to display in a TNA ring.
Even Smackdown, the divas all have some shtick, gimmick, or angle going on. It's ALWAYS fuckin RAW!

Can they make more money working the indy scene than TNA? I'd say not as much as they should. There is probably a double standard there. Once somehow the women really prove themselves they get to go to a better payday. But I also think probably the only really good women wrestlers to get paid well were Lita and Trish. Since they retired so early and all that. Maybe Molly.

Also, the knockouts probably work a 1/4 of the dates WWE divas work. So that alone makes their pay shitty. I'm sure most of the knockouts in TNA are only making 5 figures.
I read at one point Trish was pulling in about 700 Gs a year. That's pretty damn impressive for a female wrestler in this business to be making near the 3/4 million mark
